Love that clone, Pat!  Obi-Wan looks real good, too.

Let's see if anyone remembers this character from a different sci-fi movie. It's Rick Deckard standing in front of his black "Spinner" car.

Here is a reference pic from the movie. I know HangarBay knows what movie this is.

Blade Runner.  Nice touch, using the Tumbler as a spinner!

genious clone-sniper!  I knew imediately what it was.  Did you use a harrison ford head sculpt from a han figure? if so which one?  I'd love to re-create this in my own style...  just wondering which head you used.

Nice group of customs Pat! Glad to see you getting in on the action! Tom, great Blade Runner custom! Spud the head is from GI Joe, the figure that comes with the watercraft and kind of looks like a stingray. Not sure of the vehicle name. It has to be a tooling for the Indy line that was never used. This came under great debate at the Indy forums and some said it proved they were going to continue the line. Great work all around guys!

I have had several questions here and in my messages about the ST Commander so I took a few pics to help illustrate how I made him. Below are pics of the figures used in this project but you need 2 of the first troopers to have both feet articulated.

Next one shows that you need the AT-AT Drivers upper arms as the details on his shoulder gauntlets are the correct ones with markings at the top. Then you have to cut off the length of the swivel elbow and dremel it out for a ball hinge one from the Stormtrooper.

The Stormtrooper arm needs to be cut down about 1/4 inch and trim down the details so the glove will fit over the wrist area.

Next you cut the flared part off the AT-AT Driver glove off and hollow it out to fit over the lower arm.

Some may say why didn't you just put a peg there for a swivel joint but I wanted it to look like the armor fit down in the top of the glove. Now just pop on the snowtrooper hands and the arms are done. You could use Commander Baccara hands as well as they both have the armor piece on the glove.

Any other questions just let me know and I will try to answer them.

Up next are a few figures created by my 7 yr old Padawan Jaxon Sprywalker! Yesterday I gave him a bit of CW fodder and this is what he came up with with a little assistance from me on things like boiling and popping the parts he told me he wanted and operating the dremel.

First up is a Tank Gunner in the ROTS gear but in CW style of parts. We used an ARF body so he would be SA. I also had to preform the Vaseline on the neck hot glue in the helmet trick for him.

Now we present a 501st ARF Trooper and his Commander. Both figures feature the Rex body  and ARF helmets.

Last but not least is a Feline Jedi species we created. She is slightly taller than the troopers standing at 4 inches. Random clone legs up to the chest swivel. Jaxon discovered that the Plo Koon chest will pop onto the clone post without heating it up. It looks very odd until you cut down the lower skirt and glue it on. The head was cut off a Disney figure and dremeled out for a ball socket.

Wow you guys make it look easy. I really like the Bladerunner figure. I guess it before I saw the movie pic.

Jaxxon has more skills than I thats for sure. I have got to find the time to just tear something up if I do nothing else. This is just a great contest and the epitome of why this place was created.

Here are several I pieced together today.  This is the kind of stuff I really enjoy - these are "set extras" - people you'll see passing along in the background of a scene that give you the feeling of a much bigger world.

I may come up with some more over the next few days...
