@Spud:See? Now that's what I love! Customizers inspiring customizers! Boil and pop is so priceless seriously. I've had to cut thighs and arms and reglue them... not cool! My dad was around when I was testing it out, he's a professional sculptor and toy designer and he was like, "what's with this mug of water with an action figure in it... in the microwave." I explained and he was into it. I love having him around when I'm working on stuff. Instant go-to for "how-to". Can't wait to see what your new mando turns out to be!

@JMT: Haha sweet! I just showed a person who has no knowledge of customs my finished smuggler and she was pretty into it. I don't know her very well at all and she used the word "phenomenal" lol. Tho she might have just been flirting with me. Sweet can't wait to see what these next days allow you to do! I have some images for you and Brent. So get on facebook!

I love the Cynox - totally fantastic work, it likes Dr Frankenstein meets anime meets SW!

Utterly brilliant AFE, they put a smile on my face at 0530 on a Saturday as I travel into work!!

Nothing wrong at all with Vixxen, but that Myysha is smokin. I could easily see more of both of them.

I agree Tamer Vixxen is a solid main character, as is Solo, but I've always thought Cewbacca was more visually interesting and more eye catching, and so is Myysha. She's my favorite figure I've yet created. I really want to do more Cathars! Maybe a Juhani at some point... Thanks for updating the front page links

"A tribe apart..."

So JediMindTrix told me that he really liked my "Sandalorian" (Mando+Sandtrooper+Tusken Raider) figure 'Dust'. We got to talking about the Sandalorians and I offered to make him his very own Mando-Tusken-Trooper. He jumped at the offer and so 'Bantha' was created! JMT and I envisioned the Sandalorians as renegade Mandalorians who sought refuge o Tatooine during the Rise of the Empire. Hiding in the deserts they were soon confronted by the Tusken Raiders and had to defend themselves. The Empire set up a garrison on Tatooine and also clashed with the Sandalorians. Without the proper methods and supplies to create and repair their armor they have had to rely on raiding Imperial outposts and Tusken camps for supplies, weapons, and armor. Admiring the Tuskens' abilities for surviving in the desert the Sandalorians have adopted some of their ways and even began outfitting their armor to mirror Tusken Raiders' dress. While they pass as Tuskens from a distance they are much more dangerous and sophisticated Warriors. Each Sandalorian has similarities to his comrades, but also unique differences in his weapons, supplies, and armor.

Please let me know if you want a step by step tutorial on how to build these fun troopers! Also if you want the weathering process--a process I adapted from my 501st Legion Sandtrooper armor!

Bantha wields a ceremonial Tusken spear, a high powered EMP rifle with secondary stunner, and carries flash bang grenades in a holster on his thigh in addition to the standard Mando bracers. He also has the standard Sandalorian modified Jet pack/vaporator.
