this was definitely hard to decide on.  There were 2 that I went back and forth on and had such a hard time picking.  Such a great contest, thanks to L.E. and Clint for putting it all together!

Rich, what colors did you use on your Armadillo?  I don't know if it is the actual coloring you used or the shading/weathering you did, but that has a very "German Ambush" feel to the paint-job.  That's something I'm wanting to pull off on some of my 1/35-scale armor models, but I just don't know how to go about it - and yours has pretty well hit the look I want.  Tell me how you pulled it off!  The Lejanish Military is counting on you!

Thanks alot Guy's!!

The oringal color was the tan color you see!!!

Then I used various Sharpies, pigment markers, diluted paint to weather it!!!

It is a G I Joe toy I don't know the name of it I bought it loose at a comic book show.

I wish I had the time to it, I would have put a stripe or something on it and them weathered it but I only had a few days to do it so I ncked it out real quick!!

But thanks for all the great words!!

Rich

Sharpies?  For weathering?  New technique!  How'd you do that?

Awesome entries everyone... I voted for what I thought made a good mini-rig.. which was pretty hard as there are a bunch of outstanding lil' vehicles there... hopefully one of these days I'll finish mine.

They all look amazing! Love the AT-ST tank, the bad ass Skull faced swooper and his swoop... the rebel trooper's vehicle! All of them! Woot! Had a tough time picking just one... so i had to go with an old standard. Good luck guys!
