Keep making amazing customs like that, and you'll make a name for yourself. Hope to see more of your work.
As do I. It is our lot in life, Master. Shall we find something to kill to cheer us up?

I seriously want to say thanks to everybody's kind words.  I've been kitbashing/customizing off & on for about twelve years...but only within the last two have I felt I was "good".  I started off with customizing BattleTech minis.  When I transfered to action figures I went thru a period early on of only doing original idea pieces, then on to repainting Transformers and customizing Star Wars figs.  I think Star Wars (and by proxy GI Joe/Marvel Universe...well 3 3/4" figs in general) are my favorite medium because of the great mix 'n' match potential, plus you can do vehicles too!

I have TONS more Mandos to post, plus some specialty clone teams and astromech units.  I also have several vehicles I need to get off my butt & finish.  I feel really inspired seeing my stuff on the frontpage!

I am in absolute awe!  These are not only excellent figs in and of themselves, but the Grievous/HK incarnations are simply works of art!  I really, really like the use of the jungle viper camo pieces and the CW Grievous body w/the HK head is frakkin' amazing.  (I copy/paste images of great figs that I keep in a file I use for inspiration when making my own...I hope you don't mind that I just put this fig's image in there!)

The anti-ARC squad is ingenious!  Never thought of doing a polar opposite group, but this turned out nicely.  Nice deco, great paint apps: they do look 'killer'.

I also like the black-and-white Mando with the rotating gun on his backpack; slick, slick work there!   bbfet

Looking forward to many more great pieces from you in the future; welcome to the Yards!

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

JediMerc...thanks.  No, I don't mind you keeping a file for reference...I do it too.  The original incarnation of the Reaper Droid was the YVH-1 head on the CW Animated style Grievous body.  Sadly, it wasn't sturdy enough to hold the wings...especially once I got another couple of  more Jungle Vipers to add to the wingspan.

Here are a couple of CIS Heavy Assault Droids.  The base body is an Army Drone from "Iron Man 2" and the heads are the YVH-1 BAD pieces.  They also do double-duty as T-900 Units.  We've seen T-700s, T-800s, and T-1000.  These are the missing link...built for all-out, skull-crushing warfare.  Massive heavily armored chassis + mission-customizeable weaponry = "Hasta La Vista, humans"!
