Here is the droid bodyguard to the TOR-style Sith Lord I'm working on:

Beikol Armaments Research: Defense Automata (B.A.R.D.A.) is the bodyguard to the Sith Lord known as Darth Necrosis.   While she is completely loyal to the Dark Lord, and would sacrifice herself at a moment's notice to save his life, she is by no means subservient to him.  Barda's personality is of a loud, brash matronly female who isn't afraid to speak her mind or open a can of kick-butt on anyone who threatens her "family".  She works well with the Dexx Greyshadow - head of Necrosis' squad of commandos the Bloodravens.

Barda's body is from a Gundam model kit, her blaster is from the parts bin and the arm-mounted weaponry is a TCW jetpack.

can we get a shot of this next to a few figures for reference on the size?

great looking figure.  I'd love to see where you got the model kits and an idea of their cost.

Thanks, guys.

Supdafett:  I purchased my Gundam kits almost 10 years ago from my local comic shop. They ran $8 -12 at the time. I have a group shot once I reveal Darth Necrosis.

Presenting Darth Necrosis, Nautolian Sith Lord during the TOR timeline.  Once a Jedi Padawan named Cyrilus Vassi, Darth Necrosis turned his back on the Jedi Order for one simple reason: power.  Never happy with the restraints the Order placed on the Jedi  Vassi left the Order and joined the Sith army and worked his way to Sith Blademaster.  Like many Dark Lords, Necrosis is outfitted with a suit of bio-mechanically bonded body armor.  The suit regulates bodily functions and enhances his strength and speed.  While most Jedi and Sith alike draw on the Force for such enhancements, Darth Necrosis believes if he doesn't have to, he won't, and that the Force reserves normally used for such endevors can be better spent on his martial skills.  As deadly as any with a regular lightsaber, Necrosis preferres a double-bladed design.

Group shot: Darth Necrosis, bodyguard droid B.A.R.D.A. and Sith Commando Commander Dexx Greyshadow, of the Bloodraven Squad attached to Lord Necrosis.

Wow, looks good, but is it just me or are the pics just a bit blurry? Could be these old eyes.

Those Iron Man figures are endlessly useful!
I have altered the action figure. Pray I don't alter it further.

Tamer-yes, they ARE blurry.  The settings got changed on my camera & I can't seem to get it back to where it should be.

Smeagol-yes, they are useful.  This one came with the Army Drone set and I like it much better like this.

Here is a quick group shot taken with my phone (which is a better camera than my actual camera):

Darth Necrosis, droid bodyguard B.A.R.D.A. and Sith Commando Dexx Greyshadow, commander of the Bloodraven Squad attached to Lord Necrosis.

And one with the actual camera:

Dexx is probably on my short-list of favorite figs of my own.  I love how the parts look together and the BFG I built for him.  *high-fives self*
Also, B.A.R.D.A. is a BIG gal!

Sweet. Thats much better to these old eyes. I screwed up one of my cameras so bad one time I just threw it away it confounded me so bad and got a new one so I have been there. I can small another fper tomorrow. Love that three pack. I do agree Dexx is pretty cool, even looks better next to Darth N and the body guard.

Tamer-yeeeaah. I dunno what happened. Camera was fine for one set of pics, then junky for the next. I just got it a year ago, hopefully I can get the settings sorted.
WB- thanks!  I'm diggin' your TOR Jedi also!

I wish I'd saved this set for the contest, but oh well. I'm pretty happy with how my other TOR trio came out.
