Thanks, guys!  While these were really easy mods, I had a blast making them.  I am happy with how they turned out and are some of my favorites.

These latest Commandos are just 'I got it comin out both ends' sick! Really dig your style. I don't care so much for the abdominal discomfort, but if that's the price I have to pay, so be it.

Ok...so if you've seen my thread recently you knoiw I've been revamping some old Kenner Predators from the '90s.  The sculpts are fantastic, but the paintjobs were lacking.  I've got two done, with two more in The Lab.  Here is another twist to the series...inspired by Lawrence Fishburne's character "Noland" from the new Predators movie comes another game preserve planet survivor.

Walter "Grizzly" Addams, former United States Colonial Marine turned motorcycle-customs shop owner.  He has survived 18 seasons on the game preserve planet, managing to kill 8 Predators and a score of their hounds.  The Yautja refer to him as "The Shadow Killer" and speak of him in hushed tones.  They tell their cubs stories of his exploits and consider him to be the most worthy foe on the planet.  Immediate clan leadership is the reward for his confirmed kill.  While he does not kill other "prey" found on the planet for their gear, he will scavange what they leave behind.

Battle ready:

Modified DC-17 from a "cloned commando" and pulse pistol:

M-16 with shotgun bolt-on and katana:

Hunting knife and alien spear:

Laser sword taken from the remains of a "Jhedii Knight".  The fool tried to use some sort a' "mind control" on the Predator.  It didn't work.  The laser sword does, tho:

All gear removed, self-made biohelmet and shouler mounted plasma caster w/ power supply backpack off:

The body is a new sculpt Copperhead from GI Joe, the head is from a Thor buddy (the big dude) and everything else was from the parts bin or kitbashed.  Still workin' on the camera problems, tho.
Not to toot my own horn, but this is one of my favorites of my own.  The cruddy pics don't do him justice, but I am super proud of the paintjob and I love how he can carry all his gear in a realistic way.  He'll go up against my Predator clan once they are done, and perhaps team up with my never-finished USCM squad to squash some "bugs".

Your game planet survivor is too cool! I love that huge beard and all his weapons/gear are super well thought out! Awesome work on this guy.

Thanks, everyone!
Sprywalker: I agree.  All my latest pics are "fuzzy".  I recently purchased a tripod for my camera, so maybe that will help.  I also may go back to the stark white background from my earlier posts...those seem to come out better, although it makes the shoot more "clinical" and less "emotional".  If that makes sense.
