Awesome as always DO!! That horned helm is a killer!!

Really can't wait to see a group shot of these guys together once you're done! Your Dino-Mandos inspired me to tackle my Centurion-Troopers! (Gotta love th 80's!) I still have a set of the three Kenner Centurions in my den (great figures)

Super work again mate...

Regards

Ray

Here's the final member of my Transformers Dinobots-inspired Mando warriors known as the Mythosaur Squad.  Introducing Sludge.

The Mythosaur Squad has a reputation as a bunch of dim-witted but highly effective ass-kickers.  While the assumption of their intelligence may not necessarily be true...in the case of Sludge, it's actually an understatement.  He's as dumb as a box of hydrospanners.  He makes his teammates look like geniuses by comparrison.  His being both dumb and VERY large leave team Commander Gromlock little choice in how to utilize him.  He simply points him in the direction of the target, says "We hate them.  Sludge make them go away", and Sludge happily trudges into battle wielding a very big vibro-axe and an even BIGGER heavy rotary blaster.  A thermal detonator tossed from his collection hanging from his belt is his favorite way to end a conversation.  He's also got a vehicle-grade flamethrower on his left arm and a concussion grenade launcher on his right.

As the final member of my team, I had a hard time figuring out what fig to use for the base body.  His Transformers insipation transformed into a Brontosaurus...and left me no way to tag visual clues onto the fig.  Swoop was easy 'cause of his wings and head crest.  Likewise Slag with his helmet horns.  I deceided to go with the new Spacetrooper sculpt, as it's huge...much like a brontosaurus would be.  Sludge's bio on tfwiki.net describes him as stomping around, and the Spacetrooper looks made to stomp around.

Love him!  What parts did you use to create this beast?
I have altered the action figure. Pray I don't alter it further.

Thanks, guys.

@Smeagol- Sludge's body is a new sculpt Spacetrooper, his flamethrower is a gun from a Terminator Salvation fig, his concussion greande launcher is from a RC gun, his thermal detonator belt is from an old X-Men 2099 fig.  The rotary blaster is a SW accessory from several years back and the axe came from the parts bin.  I've had it for years.  His bucket is a Clonehead copy.  The rangefinder is from a LEGO ARC trooper and the helmet light is a bit of blaster.

Yet another great one. Look for it on the front page soon.

An all together shot would be great too, if you haven't already posted it. I do get lost at times, if you haven't noticed!

Tamer - no worries!  I'm cool with the fact that they end up on the front page at all.  The group shots, as well as individual "reminder" pics will be posted this evening.  Hopefully.

Awesome use of the X-men 2099 belt! You know I'm a huge fan of mashups and these are some mighty sweet mashups! Grimlock was always a fave TF'er of mine :)

OK!  Time for the group shots!  And reminder shots for those who tuned in late.

Mythosaur Squad, Mandalorian freelancers who specialize in the most brutal, down-n-dirty, no-holds-barred missions avalable.  While not the smartest Mandos around, they are quite possibly the toughest.

Team Commander, Grimlock:

Flight Trooper, Swoop:

Trooper Snarl:

Trooper Slag:

Heavy Trooper Sludge:

And, for those who don't know...here is a quick pic of the inspiration behind this epic team:

These are the Dinobots, a subteam of Autobots from the original (and still awesome) Transformers.  The one from the '80s.

Sweeeet! Would be cool to see the face off with my Imperial Mando squad. Or see if they'd survive the savage Sandalorian reavers of the Jundland wastes... they eat stormtroopers, tuskens, and mandos alike for break fast ;)

Thanks, everyone!  This squad was an absolute blast to make.  I like how I was able to incorporate little visual clues on their armor that links them back to their inspirations.  Maybe I'll do a team of archrivals called the "Devestators".   Hmmm...a squad of Mandos in bright lime green/purple beskar?  Perhaps...
