It is seeing things like this that is giving me an idea for a figure custom contest. What do you guys think about a custom contest where you have to take a potf2 figure and either spruce it up (articulation by today's standards) or use parts from a potf2 figure on a new body or frame. We could call it the POTF2 Contest.

Nice work this and on the front page JM.

The POTF figs definitely have some great pieces to use for current customs...now I'm wishing I had started collecting sooner!

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

Looks great, good job. I use potf2 figures all the time they are so cheap, just cut the heads off and dremel out a hole. I just took a potf2 ponda boba and did the same thing.

You know, I actually have a figure started that would work for that.

When Shae Vizla came out, I was real excited like everyone else.  I don't even play the game but have been checking out TOR stuff for quite a while now.  One thing about the figure is I don't think the head sculpt does the character justice.  Surprise, surprise.  Anyway, I did a simple head swap.  I like when a simple something makes a big difference.

Well I sure couldn't tell you how much better this is as I was never able to find a standard one, but she sure does look great to me. Back on the front page.

What head did you use by the way?

Thanks for the FP.  I used the Black Widow, the one that came with the light up Avengers stand.

This is a vast improvement upon the old version, Shae's original head looks like Shae 20 years older than in the cinematic. Oh well, at least Hasbro made her. I may have to borrow this idea!

Thanks for the FP.  I used the Black Widow, the one that came with the light up Avengers stand.

I recognized the Black Widow head instantly.  It shows so much more craftsmanship than any of the other Marvel Universe BW heads with the exception of the Scarlet Johansen version.  I've been admiring it for some time and now that these light up Avengers are in clearance at my TrU for $13, I may just indulge.
