another awesome clone.hmmm,you may be right about the green clone,but I could have sworn I'd seen one before from Hasbro.my Rolodex of clone knowledge is a little slim.he is great,and those are GM legs indeed shawn,good eye clonehead.

@ Tamer, JMT and Clonehead - yep well spotted guys, those are GM lower legs!

@ Tie, Doc, W9 and USD - glad you like the colour green and white colour scheme chaps, it's the one I've adopted for my 349th Infantry, known as the "Cracked Tankers" due to their apparent genetic misprogramming which has resulted in them being more independent than usual Clonetroopers...

@ Pablo and Mando - thanks guys I'm glad you dig him!

@OP and Silver - thanks OP I loved the original CW realistic ARC, but wanted to update him with modern parts! Silver this guy does use modern style TVC parts as do all of my 349th troops!

The reciepe for DropZone comprises of...

CW realistic ARC - viewfinder, pauldron, kama and blaster
TVC SA Phase 1 Clone - bucket, body, upper limbs and hands
Animated Debut Fett - elbows and forearms
Comic pack Galactic Marine - lower legs

The whole figure has been painted with Panzer Aces off white paint and Vallejo Goblin Green.  Then i did a wash with AK 'winter streaking grime' then finally highlighted with a dry brushing of Vallejo Skull White! This is the paint scheme that I've used for all of the Clones and Jedi in the squad. I need to add some minor detail work and a squad insigna on him!

Again, it's a very slick custom, very nice kit bashing. Is Vallejo a paint brand? I only know Vallejo as one of the neighboring cities to my hometown, and a former governor of CA and army general back during the mid 1800s. He bought the property that compromises California from Monterrey all the way to Bodega Bay in NorCal.
*Back to Star Wars. Do you prefer the boil and pop method or using a blow dryer? Now that Hasbro made the new Clone molds (TVC figure 45), I'm excited to see more customs in that mold, than the mold that's been around since the 2006 EPIII figures. Great custom, ARCs are always awesome.

I'm a boil and popper through and through Silver! I love the newer Hasbro figures that you can mod in this manner. However sometimes I use the old cut and file and glue method too! And yes the Vallejo I mentioned is a brand of acrylic paint!

Headshot is nice and simple, Phase one bucket, Faie body and belt, Leia poncho and a GI Joe Duke rucksack! The blaster rifle has a G36 top rail and scope added to it (backwards!!)

For some reason this reminds me of the Imperial Guard from Warhammer 40K. I always really liked that particular army's aesthetics. Awesome job! Love the group shot!

Lovin these guys!!  That POC ruck looks like a current-model MOLLE butt-pack sized for a 12" fig, stuck onto a 3.75" fig.  Crazy!  Looks great, tho.  I don't think I grabbed a Jungle Assault Duke and that pack is making me wish I had...

great clone squad.love the dingy look to all of them.the 2nd one in the last photo has got to be my fave,he looks awsome,but their all amazing.great idea using the poncho,I may bite that idea if you don't mind LOL.superb as always.
