That cap looks sharp, doc. I can't remember if that one was molded on or removable.

Doc that is spot on!
Makes me wish I had picked up all those Generals when I saw em at clearance. Are you gonna try to cast that puppy?

Eventually, yes. I have plans to acquire some flex-resin so that my caps come out flexible rather than rigid, like the material I currently use. I'm kinda building up to that moment, tho.
I've been on a molding kick over the weekend, and with it raining here we may not make our supply-run today (50m each way), so I may have a go at pouring that cap up in a mold today - just to be ready.

Oh, and I would have bought them ALL on clearance!! Great Rebel officer body!
@JediWolf - thanks! I think having figures with interchangeable heads is wonderful - that lets those of us who are inclined to tell stories with pics have a much larger cast of actors without having to go thru a lot of effort for the changes.

Thanks, guys! It's always nice when something simple and easy ends up looking really good. It's also REALLY nice when you have an idea that a particular part *should* work and then after weeks of hunting for the part, you find it and it IS perfect!

Definitely a WIP. The Saga Veers body was the only one I've yet found that looks right under Darth Sinister's sculpt, but I really want to provide him with better articulation.

That does look good even with less articulation. What head/who is that? I have not seen that sculpt before in Charles thread.

the head looks like Lorne Green. You might remember him as Commander Adama from the original Battlestar Galactica.

The head sculpt is great!!!
I must be really old I remember him as Ben Cartwright of Bonanza.
Can't wait to see the finished product!!
