I like the design and would love to see this guy repainted and weathered up!

Dunno if this qualifies as a custom fig or not...  Psyclone approached me about the possibility of taking a small figurine and molding and casting it to make a "holographic"style figure from it.  Well, here's the result.  I'd say it turned out ok.  Fig is about half the size of an action figure.  It is just the figurine recast in blue-tinted clear resin, lit from beneath by a white led booklight.

Quick head-swap taking a head & tool from a kre-o Star Trek mini-fig and putting them on an Owen Lars body.

Dang, that looks outstanding.

What stores are carrying Star Trek Kre-O?  I haven't seen any yet.

Aw, Tamer! Thanks for the love!

My local backwoods TRU had several ST sets last night. I'll be picking up some more over the next couple of weeks to see what else I can come up with. I just wish the goggles were removable!

I'm thinking the g/b above needs exposed, hairy forearms and more claw-like hands.

I may have just found some appropriate arms for him, based on a dio pic posted in a Facebook group.  Now I have to dig into my collection this weekend and see what I can find...

Thanks for the love, guys!  It's always fun to find parts that work out great in unexpected places!
