That Darth Wyyrlok looks sweet!  I also love the Trando pilot w/ custom sculpted helmet!

Here's a bump for new ones: Treis Sinde, Azyln Rae, Darth Talon and a Darth Maladi WIP I've been working on. Feel free to let me know what you think!

---Treis Sinde---

Imperial Knight body on a Hoth rebel head with sculpey and paint!

---Azlyn Rae---

Sigel Dare Body with one of the evolutions comic pack female heads that I made the hair with sculpey and sculpted the breathing apparatus as well. I need to buy some metallic red paint to match the colors better.
If anyone has any extra Sigel Dare bodies, let me know! I need some more female knights!

---Darth Talon---

All I really did with her was give her some much needed elbow joints. How can they give figures ankle joints, but no elbow joints? ugh...

---Maladi--- WIP

I've also tore apart my Wryylock custom and instead of using sculpey, I'm making all those parts Aves instead, I like working with sculpey better, but the Aves Apoxie hardens super hard and won't budge! I'll post pics of those up soon!

the Darth talon looks so much better with articulated arms, that always botherd me about that figure.please let me know how you did that.did you use shakk ti's arms form TFU?great WIP too,she is coming along nicely.I like the head sculpt you're using, and the epoxy around it is well done.awesome job on the Jedi knights too.

jedimindtrix, all I did to make the talon arms was cut out a little section where her elbow should go, took an elbow joint out of a TCW anakin, and stuck a sharp molding tool into talons arms. that made small holes, I worked it around and made them bigger, then I started fitting in alan wrenches, from the smallest to biggest, up to about as big as the elbow joint, twisting them to stretch it out. I cut a little bit off of both sections of the elbow joint to shorten it, and after some forcing it finally fit. Then of course, I painted it.

I know there's probably an easier way, but all I needed for this custom was a razor knife, sharp needle like object, and some alan wrenches. And thanks for the comment!

took an elbow joint out of a TCW anakin,

HA!!  Now I know what I can do with these Skinnies I keep buying to get ahold of their gear ... use them for joints!!

(wait...  that came out wrong...)

So I finished the Darth Maladi tonight! Here She is!

Front Shot

Tilt Shot

Side Shot

Up Close Face Shot

Recipe:
Head: Plo Illur
Legs: TCW Ventress
Arms: TCW Shaak Ti
Torso: Aves Apoxie

Pretty much everything was sculpted. I'm extremely happy with this custom. The only thing I don't like is the back of the gown is too big and makes it look like she has a big butt. I also might ad black pupils later, just just know how to get that tiny detail in there. Any and all comments welcome! This is my first time sculpting with Aves, and it's definitely been my most labor intensive custom yet!

Been following your progress on Maladi---she turned out nicely!  The sculpt of her upper torso looks good and your paint apps are perfect.

I used the same technique you did on your Talon, adding the forms/elbows from a GIJoe Baroness figure.  Is that the same thing you did?

Very nice work all around!

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

reply@ KWK.you make it sound easy,if I knew I wouldn't botch it,I may try it your way,but I think using TFU shakk ti's arms was a good idea on my part LOL,and if i could get one I may try that.I like the finished sith figure, and hey,big bottom girls make the rocking world go round.
