Wow, what a beautiful Sith Gal. On the front page. Love the long hair.

I was just rereading my Legacy Volume 4 trade before checking the yards. Awesome Maladi! I really hope hasbro releases more Legacy figures eventually!

"The Empire has a legion of loyal soldiers that are in endless supply."
"Only Imperial stormtroopers are so precise."
"For the Empire!"

Simply stunning!  I'll have to get my hands on some of that epoxy!  How easy is it to work with?  I've only used Sculpy before.
I have altered the action figure. Pray I don't alter it further.

Thank's for all the great comments guys! I can always count on the yards to give me lots of feedback!

I honestly like sculpting with sculpy better, but it's too brittle ofter curing. The Aves Apoxie hardens like a rock. It literally sounds like two rocks hitting each other if you knock them together after it dries, but it's a harder thing to mold with. When you first mix it, it's almost too soft to do anything with, as it sticks to your fingers. but after it hardens a little bit in 20 mins it's easier to work with. It sets up after about 2-3 hours and you can't do much more with it after that, so I mix it in really small batches. honestly I don't know how sithfire does it! he works wonders with that stuff haha!

Excellent!  Thanks for the rundown.  I dislike Sculpy for the exact reason that it's so brittle.  I made a couple of small statues of some Spore creations and they broke something fierce in the move to my new apartment.  I'll have to check out that Apoxie!

I agree; this is my fave of the two you put out here.  Your sculpting looks really good, especially what you were able to accomplish with her hair.

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

Little late to the game but that Darth Maladi is awesome! I really like the image of the parts breakdown before they were painted and put together - always enjoy shots like that. Great work on your new updates - Darth Wyyrlok!! One of my faves in Legacy! Great work!

Thanks guys! I have to figure out a way to make her eyebrows not so big. And ofcourse on Wrrylock I still have to paint the tattoos and figure out a way to close that gap between his hips and torso. Thanks for all the kind words though! I really appreciate it!

the gap between the hips and torso is probably due to the peg being too long for the joint now.  I'm not sure which parts you used, or if they weren't already meant for each other...  But you could probably trim down the peg and make it shorter to help close the gap,  OR put a thicker material in there for his robe and close it that way.
