I picked up 3 cheap costume jewellery necklaces at the dollar store for the pendants. I figure I can use them in dioramas at some point.

They are quite large, the largest is 2" across.

Those look awesome! I like the one on the bottom. If not used for a costume, I would use it for a diorama of the Jedi Temple. Sometimes you find items like these here in Germany, but by far not in SUCH variety! There're more and more Dollar Stores here, but they don't carry that miscellaneous stuff. Man, you find all the good stuff! Thanks for sharing!

A BIG shoutout and thanks go to Starchaser for making me aware of this figure of the XCOM2 videogame! He shared this Chryssalid on his custom figure thread:

I got this Chryssalid for $6.50 on eBay and $14 shipped within the U.S. - now it arrived here in
Germany and I'm most happy with it.
It's such a great idea from Starchaser to introduce this beautiful creature to the Star Wars universe!

If you find one, get one! It was available exclusively with a subscription to Loot Crate. And the figure is actually less fragile than I expected it to be. The plastic is not as static, but more flexible. Still the legs could break easily, so this is definitely not a toy.





Now, the Chyssalid can be found in the containment of Felucia of my collection...

As I was laid up with heat stroke yesterday (I still feel pretty bad) I was unable to get the packages that arrived at my in-laws' place. Liz picked them up for me today.

Picked up this tub of dragons at Walmart for $4.

The dragons are pretty nice and will make for some tiny diorama critters once they are painted up.

The lid is pretty snazzy as well.

The human characters are useless to me but I can probably harvest their weapons before tossing them out.

I will probably pick up 1 or 2 more.
