I got the items in the first image on the way home from cleaning out my late mother's room at the nursing home, kind of the equivalent of comfort food.

I also found the small iguana in the second image in a box of vinyl animals my mom had. My youngest sister wanted the box for her small children, but I told her to let me go through it first.

So sorry to hear about your mother. I get the "comfort effect" of looking at or purchasing toys. I hope her passing was peaceful.

Thank you, it was very quick and completely unexpected, but peaceful.

I am seriously cutting back on my hobby purchases, but could not pass up getting 2 more Swamp Things! Scored these at Burlington!

The Batman and Batcycle will be up for sale/trade after I open these up either tonight or tomorrow.

Today's Target clearance, Burlington and Dollar Tree scores!

The "Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3" figures were $5.49 each (I hope to find 1 more Groot at a different Target), the "Fortnite" Raptors were $6.89 each at Target.

The "Batman" Armory Attack sets were $12.99 at Burlington.

The trucks were $1.25 each at Dollar Tree. I bought them for the oil tanks, the cabs will be given away.

Wow! What's going on with your Target. My local Tagets still have the Guardians figures and anything Fortnite at full price!

Today's Target clearance and Walmart scores!

The GOTG3 figures were $5.49 each and the "Avatar: The Way Of Water" CET-OPS Crabsuit mech was $11.99 at Target.

The "Jurassic World dinos were $8.47 each at Walmart. I was under the impression that this assortment wasn't coming out until early fall so it was nice to see them on the pegs so early.

Tuesday Mail Call!

I received this awesome 3D printed figure from a friend!

This figure is the "Aquatic Kharn" (official name unknown), an unproduced figure from the Dollar Tree exclusive "Final Faction" action figure line. The files are available online (along with files for at least 1 other unproduced "FF" figure), and I am extremely happy to have an example of this figure that we would have otherwise not been able to get.

This is a raw filament print, so it has the usual build lines that need to be smoothed out. Once that is done, I plan on painting it up in 1 of 2 colorschemes- either like a great white Shark, or something really vibrant like you would find in the "Avatar" movies (complete with GITD markings). The official colorscheme was never revealed as far as I am aware.

I grabbed these today at Five Below. They are essentially 1/18 scale.

Action figure food items are not the easiest things to come by cheaply so I grabbed all 3 that they had. I might hit another Five Below tomorrow or Monday and grab some more.

I'm finally home again. It was another challenging semester. And after an hour of sleep I crossed the country in 6 hours and found a couple of boxes that arrived in the meantime.
My dad's birthday is at the end of the moth so I got a few 3" figurines in 1/24 scale for him and his G scale model train. LEMAX is an American company that fortunately distributes in Europe, too.

Sorry for the bad quality, I'm just a little tired right now. These figures are nicely detailed and like most of Hasbro's vehicles in 1/24 scale. The waitress with beer was 3.49€ for example and the popcorn cart 18€. Fair deal if you ask me.

Congratulations on finishing another semester of school. LEMAX does some fun stuff, how appropriate for a train diorama. My trains have all been HO scale, and I was building models fir them before Star Wars.

Today's Walmart clearance ("Jurassic World: Dominion"), Five Below ("Teeny Tinies") and Dollar Tree ("Flexi-mals") scores!

The "Jurassic World: Dominion" Copter Combat Pack was $15 (splitting this with a friend) and the Extreme Damage dinos were $5 each. I am not a fan of the Extreme Damage feature leaving 3 open slashes on each side of the dino's body, but I can cover them up with satchels and use them as pack animals. The 3 I got are species that are unique to the Extreme Damage sub-line.

The "Teeny Tinies" sushi shops were $5 each.

The "Flexi-mals" slug was $1.25, and was purchased for the head. There is a larger one available for much more than $1.25, and I wanted the head for a while for a trophy wall diorama piece, this one is about half the size but will still work for my needs.

Thank you very much! They definitely didn't go easy on us. 5 of 54 students didn't pass the course and loose a year now. 7 more are still pending.

LEMAX is a company that I found by lucky coincidence on ebay. I was looking for models of theme parks and fairs on YouTube. I was playing with the idea to build a Star Wars theme park like Galaxy's Edge, but in my own way, in the backyard. Since most of Hasbro's vehicles are in 1/24 scale, these would make perfect little people to populate the park.

H0 is the most popular scale here in Germany as well! Do you still have yours set up? :D
