After work DII and thrift store scores!

The "M.A.R.S. Heroes" Alien set was $4.99 at DII, the discounter by my office.

The "Jurassic World" truck is the one that launches the spherical vehicle from the front, but the sphere is not present. I will be building a full interior for the cab. It was only $3.99 and is in excellent shape.

The Ultron 12" figure was $1.99, and will be the base for a cosmic being.

The armored Lex Luthor was $.99, not sure exactly what he will become just yet (probably a large battledroid).

Today's thrift store (Grodd and tank) and Walmart (Tiamat) scores!

The 12" scale Gorilla Grodd was $4.99, and will become a troll for my fantasy figures.

The Chap Mei "Soldier Force" tank was $3.99 and will be modified into a sci-fi vehicle.

The 2 case fresh "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire" Tiamat figures are courtesy of my father who picked them up for me at work (he works at Walmart part time) since I haven't seen them anywhere.

Today's thrift store score!

I got these large, heavy vinyl animals together in a bag for $4.99!

I have no idea who the manufacturer is, but they are equal to Safari Ltd. in quality. They need to be cleaned as they are filthy, but the 2 sea turtles alone are worth what at least I paid for the whole bag 😁

Today's after work thrift store score!

Got this "Jurassic World: Dominion" dinosaur for $3.99!

This thing is mint! No paint wear, tight joints, I don't think it was ever even played with!

After work thrift store score!

The vintage "Masters Of The Universe" Landshark was $.99, and is in kind of rough shape, but it is 40 years old 🤣

The 12" scale Hulkbuster looks like a kid tried to customize it and gave up, but I am going to repaint it anyway, so for $2.99, it came home with me.

Today's Walmart score!

This is the final, regular, "Jurassic World" release I was waiting for!

The only (non- waiting for clearance) JW item I still want to get is the giant Target exclusive Diplodocus.

Today's thrift store score!

The bag of assorted action figures, weapons and gear was $4.99 and is full of "Fortnite", BBI "Elite Forces", "World Peacekeepers", and Chap Mei figures. I will be sorting it all out tomorrow as I am exhausted from work.

The metallic dinosaur is from Disney's "Dinosaur" line and is in remarkable condition for being almost 25 years old!

Friday's thrift store score!

The "Power Team Elite" headquarters playset is in excellent condition aside from missing the door and rooftop hatch cover, but for $2.99, I wasn't going to complain about the missing parts.

The Giganotosaurs is from a "Jurassic World: Dominion" "Hot Wheels" track set and is basically the same size as the 1/18 one from the action figure line and has a great sculpt aside from the inner sides of the legs being hollow (I will rectify that). The base has some great details as well. This was also $2.99.

Today's thrift store score!

I found another Disney's "Dinosaur" figure, also in pristine condition like the one from the other day! This was $1.99.

Today's thrift store score!

I found these cool Playskool "Definitely Dinosaurs" figures. I love the retro quality as they were made in the late 80s/early 90s before dinosaurs stopped dragging their tails and put their legs underneath them instead of splayed out to the sides like modern lizards LOL

The Hadrosaur is the second one I have found at this thrift store in the last year and was $1.99!

The Stegosaurus is missing 2 of its backplates (but I am planning on removing them anyway) and was $.99!

They also had a very large Triceratops from the same series for $2.99, but it was really cartoony looking, so I left it.

After work thrift store and Burlington scores!

The NFL robot was $3.99 at the thrift store. It is about 12" tall and VERY heavy (possibly some die cast parts?). It is missing the right hand (wrist joint is broken) and left shoulder pad armor. I will replace the missing hand with a blaster of some sort and either fashion armor for the left shoulder or modify the sculpt to remove the mounting point for armor and then repaint it. I am thinking a giant "Sentinel" styled battledroid.

The "Avatar: The Last Airbender" Komodo-Rhino was $7.99 at Burlington and is the 3rd one of these I have picked up (first 2 were from sales on Amazon). It is a great sci-fi creature.

Nice finds. I really like my Komodo-rhino a lot...haven't been as fortunate as you with finding them inexpensively though.
