I usually do not go to Hobby Lobby very often but I decided to pop in today while running errands out near Totowa and scored these great fairy village items on deep clearance!

The 4 table/stools sets were $3.40 each and the 2 benches were $1.36 each- total cost $17.45 including sales tax!

Stone bench with a Boss Fight Studio "Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S." 3.75" Skeleton for scale.

The benches are just about perfect as is but the green tables are about .5"-.75" too tall and will need to either be cut down or recessed into the base of whatever diorama they end up getting used in (most likely my round Schleich "Big Knights Castle" set up which will be the castle of the Elves).

On our first real walkabout in Ilford, London, we happened apon a store called Sainsbury's (kind of like a small Target). I found 2 of the Chap Mei "Dino Valley" electronic dinosaurs that we do not have in the US!

They were only £10 each ($13-ish in US currency) which is cheaper than they will be if they ever reach the states (TRU carries this size in their "Animal Planet" branded exclusives for $16.99) so I grabbed the 2 they had. They did not have the Spinosaurus in stock.

Some clearance scores from the Ilford, London TRU!

The "Doctor Who" Foretold (mummies) were only £2.94 each (approx $3.85 US).

I also picked up a package of "Jelly Babies", the treat of choice for a certain renegade Timelord through several of his incarnations.

I picked up these cool "Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2" cup topper figurines at the movie theatre tonight.

They are roughly 1/18 scale and excellently sculpted. They lack articulation but are posed dynamically enough that it does not matter. I still have to trim off the small posts on the bottoms of the figurines but I do not have a blade handy here. I will trim them when I get home.

They are pictures here with a 3.75" Foretold figure for scale.

My wife and I got these awesome pics done at the "Doctor Who Experience" in Cardiff, Wales yesterday!

We were shot against a green screen and the backgrounds were added in afterwards. I think I did a pretty good job of putting my hands in positions that matched the consoles.

There were a lot of different props we could use and I chose the Fourth Doctor's iconic scarf and sonic screwdriver while Liz got River Song's sonic screwdriver.

These pictures are my favorite souvenirs from this trip!

I just wish I was thinner because I had a scarf like Tom Baker had during his time in the role and a belly like Colin Baker currently has LOL

I got a souvenir bag of exclusive "Experience" goodies:

Front:

Back:

This is the contents of my commemorative souvenir bag:

Programme:

Companion Certificate and Commemorative Ticket:

Companion TARDIS Key:

Our original tickets to the "Experience":

I also bought this at the souvenir shop:

This 10th Doctor TARDIS Control Room Playset was made for the 5.5" figures but is way underscaled making it almost perfect for the 3.75" line!

Now I just have to figure out how to get it home LOL

Picked up these knock-off Papo dinosaurs for £1 each at Poundland Stores!

They are much larger than the originals and have almost no loss of mold detail. The paint, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I can fix that though.

Wow. That looks like a lot of fun, Dan.
I'll have to put the 'Experience' on my bucket list.
My Dr Who Experience was finding a couple of vintage Dr Who T-shirts yesterday.

The "Doctor Who Experience" is closing in August but will be reopening sometime late this year or early next year in a new location. If you can, definitely go, it was AWESOME!

I remember having one of those! I wonder if the old games will work on it. I am guessing they will. I finished legend of zelda when we were locked in on base for a week.
