Thanks, he practically is brand new and very shiny in person.

I agree about the human versions, they didn't have that intimidating visual aspect that the mechanical versions had but I did like the new reimagined centurions although the classic look has always been my fav.

The seller was kind enough to offer the gold 'commander' version at a nice price as well but I depleted my funds buying a 1/18 scale AutoArt Mad Max Interceptor.

There's also a slight wardrobe difference between the two centurions, the gold version doesn't have the chain skirt where as the chrome version does.

I did eventually go back to the seller to see if they still had the gold cylon, but it was sold.

Some new some recent, I started kitbashing some 1/6 Bruce Lee figures representing most of his onscreen characters.





WIP 1/6 scale Phicen body Diana Prince kitbash using a Barbie Doll dress.
Applied some earth coloured pastels and make-up to colour match the tone of the body to the head.
You can see the difference in tone between the body and the hand which is the original colour.



Will be posting a few updates on 1/6 scale Star Wars figure mods and kitbashes soon on my thread.

I was killing some time in Paramus tonight waiting for my wife to get out of class and hit TJ Maxx on Rt17.

They had the Wow World large articulated dinosaur 3pks for $12.99. I had picked up the mini 6pks last year at Tuesday Morning but had never seen the large sets in person until tonight. I grabbed a set for myself.

Word of warning: check the stegasauruses closely as the back plates are a separate piece glued over a large gap in the body halves and are not exactly the right size. I found a set with only a miniscule gap left in the front and back which I will fill with contour putty before I repaint it, but all of the remaining sets had a sizable gap either in the front behind the neck or in the back before the tail.
