The Playmobile pyramid needs a partial retool and a complete repaint but it will be an excellent diorama for my custom "Stargate" figures from a decade ago.

I just want the Power Loaders so I will have 3 Ripleys and 3 Alien Queens up for trade after the second weekend of January!


Some thoughts on the Power Loader for my customizing friends:

Only 4POA- shoulders and wrist rotation.

The interior is too short for modern construction Joes and Marvel figures.

Most standard human height Star Wars figures fit, but the narrow spaces in the legs will only allow figures with tight pants without lots of protrusions (pockets, holsters, etc) to fit.

You will need to clip off the foot pegs inside the Loader's knees unless you are using a Vintage (78-85) Star Wars figure.

The best fitting figures I have found are the 2009 "Star Trek" movie figures. I had planned on using the cadet uniform figures as spaceport support personnel so they work great in the Power Loader.

Plastic is very light and rigid, be very careful not to crack it.

I ordered all of the new 2017 feathered dinosaurs save for the T-Rex as it is not available until after the new year and the 2 Headed Dragon!

I also got 2 more freebie bags and the brand new 2017 catalogs!

You can never go wrong with dragons and dinos in my opinion. That feathered TRex looks great.

I picked up a "Pixel Pal" Mario today from Gamestop. It's from my favorite Mario game, Super Mario Bros. 3. These light up, and make cool display pieces (batteries are included). Retail price is $14.99. I had $5 in rewards so I used that and got it for $10.83.

The 2 little figures were from my 10 year old cousin on Christmas.

Scored another 50% off Funko "Aliens" set at the Barnes & Noble at Riverside Square.



This gives me 4 Power Loaders. I would love to find 2 more for a total of 6 eventually but I have exhausted all of the B&Ns in my area.

I want to have 6 eventually, I still need to find one more. No real plans to articulate them up any further as they do just about everything I would need them to do in my eventual diorama. I want to weather them up though as they are way too clean. I also have to replace the English letters and numerals with Aurebesch.
