lol DUH doc... but should it be ahsoka or shaak ti?  lol or does it matter as long as she's scantly clad ;)

my thinking is that ahsoka will have more of an orange tinted skin like in the toon, where as shaak ti will mean I won't have to repaint the face at all....
I'm also thinking about painting it in a way that she'd be in a skin tight leotard like outfit.
or if it's ahsoka do a similar "tube top and shortie shorts" outfit. lol... my dad comented on that the other day while I was watching clone wars... "why is that jedi always wearing a tube top" he said...

I thought you guys might want to see my inspiration for a trenchcoated  mando.  This is "regnasis" work on deviantart, this is NOT my sketch.

definately awesome looking in my book.  I don't know about the yelow colors... and I realy don't know where to go with the colors on my trenchcoat mando.  I want him to be dark and menacing so I'm thinking black, silver and dark grey.

I understand its a cold winter. ..but does every female have to be scantily clad?

LOL.

Maybe a theme for the two  mandos, or climate specific gear.  Jungle fight mando?

dude you are killing a firestar?  kind of an expensive fig if you ask me, since the other two in that set are pants.

I kind of like that trenchcoat mando drawing. You could tone down the yellow to a yellowish tan or like a desert sand color and It would look better.

Yeah, bring on that Shaak ti!

I decided on a darker patern for the trench coat mando
silver armor on black... good and reliable :)

for the girl I used light blue lined with white, I think it works realy well.

I'll post pics before the night is out.

Trenchcoat mando was made using a rise of cobra reactive impact armor duke and a trenchcoat from the paris persuit snake eyes.  AND a resin helmet of my own molds....

next is some pics of the finished mando girl I was working on:

this figure was based on the rise of cobra reactive impact armor scarlett.  the head was replaced with a resin cast of the "hair in a bun" scarlett head that DocOutlands sent me a while back.  thanks buddy!  The helmet is a resin cast from my own molds.

well guys what do you think?!

awesome work on that Mando's trenchcoat, I love the way you did that mythosaur, too bad the coat can't be buttoned up to see the whole thing in its iconic glory  :)

yeah, that is a nice bit of free hand, my friend.

I love the crisp clean lines.

you should give the female a body suit that covers her neck. .. looks like a vulnerability, :)

she won't let anyone get that close to her ;)

thanks guys.  I'm probably going to sell the girl on e-bay (if anyone wants to make an offer here first I'll consider it!) and keep the trenchcoat mando.

the mythosaur skull is one of my favorite emblems in the star wars universe.  On the trenchcoat the left side's tusk is a bit too long, but it looks good enough I think.

I was afraid that the skull wouldn't show up since the trenchcoat is dark already, but the black showed up nicely against it.

thanks HB... that's why I'm keeping him! lol

I wanted to try something a little different with their helmet markings... what do you all think? do the lines look ok?  I wanted them to deviate from the normal highlights that seem to all resemble boba's and jango's helmet patterns with different colors....
