A friend of mine recently approached me with an idea to create in 1:18th scale the Sideshow Collectibles Mythos obi-wan kenobi statue... this got me doing some research into those statues and of course I came across boba fett's... and I knew I had to do this in action figure form.
Here are some reference images of the statue:

I'll need to make a kama and new belt... get all the necessary accessories and create a new cape.... and new hands with wrist articulation to better hold his guns...
first I took and used a bespin luke's waist and thighs to super articulate boba:
My first attempts at the cape and kama didn't turn out well...
The fabric was good for the kama, and the perfect color, but the belt didn't look right and the fabric definately dind't work for the cape...
after a trip to walmart I was able to find the perfect "silky" thin fabric to make the cape out of.
I also made him a new belt using bespin luke's belt and holster as well as the pouches from boba's old belt and moved the pockets off the belt and down onto the kama like in the statue... at this point it looks really good.
found some lightsabre hilts and other guns for him to wield, added those on:
then heavilly weathered him and added the final touches:
not too happy with the jetpack in the final images, so I'll be repainting the green one that I used in the first set of pictures...
I also realize I may have painted the eyes on the helmet a little too high. I'll probably fix that also.
Other than that I think it turned out really well. What do you guys think?
