Terrific work! I like the breathing hose and the helmet mods---very unique. The Snake Eyes legs work really well; almost can't tell that they're Joe legs at all.
Congrats---great fig!

Wow! I am a huge fan of all things desert, so naturally a desert Mando is a double dose of Awesome! Great Job with this! Must be some serious sandstorms out there if he needs goggles and a helmet
I bet he'd make a great team mate for my Sandalorian (sandtrooper mando) Dust

so, after some deliberation and conversation with some other customizers I realized I had to make some changes to my desert mando.
I present to you the new and improved Mandalorian Nomad with his faithful "primeagle" companion... (if you can come up with a better name for this creature PLEASE do so)...
and some closeups of his companion:
well, what do yall think now?

I think this update to the original looks better. The bird definately needed something to make him fit i with the SW universe. The arms add just enough to make him work, you may concider repainting him so he doesn't look like a falcon. Either way he looks cool and I like the use of his small helmet. The figure is really cool and great job integrating that face mask under the helmet. The breathing tube is another great touch but If you have anything just a bit thinner I think it would look a touch better. The paint and color scheme work perfectly and I love the Kama and cape you created for him. Well done Spud!

Wow haha that's awesome! A mando bird with monkey arms and a mini mando helm! Now that's original! I'm a fan of extra limbs
Now has anyone done an Ewok Mando?

if you guys have followed my old stuff, you know I love the scout troopers.... so I dug out some old WIP scouts that I had laying in my box of unfinished projects and finished a couple of them today:
Super articulated kashyyyk trooper:
The kashyyyk trooper used the lower torso half and legs from a Resolute Cobra Trooper. The legs were then trimmed right below the bottom knee joint and the boots from the original kashyyyk trooper were attached. I then re-painted the added parts (the cobra torso and legs) and added a styrene cod piece and painted it to match the cammo.
next up, and I've done these figures before but I used a different parts mix this time and I think it came out realy good:
for this shadow scout I used a 30th aniversary gi-joe iron grenadier torso with a set of snake eye's legs (not sure which one it was, sorry)... I trimmed off the bottom half of the shin and boots of snake eyes and replaced them with the boots from the scout trooper, then repainted everything to match and added some accent lines. The accent lines show up alot brighter in the flash images than they appear in real life.

Nice scouts and you should call the creature a sand hawk. I like that shadow scout. I'm a shadow stormy fan.
