Amazing work on the clothing.  That takes skills.  Your paint applications are tight and excellent work on the eyes.  Very anime.

I'm a huge fan of your work. The cloth adds a wonderful dimension. Your Satele Shan is absolutely fantastic, and I am amazed at the sculpting detail on Kira Carsen.

My first Star Wars custom figure of the year! Can't believe I haven't posted one since September. This here is Kal Skirata from the Republic Commando novels. I did some researching via Google Images and saw that, though many customizers had made a version of him in his Mandalorian armor (I did too, heheh), there weren't many of him in his civilian clothing. With the limited reference images I had, here's the final product. Enjoy!


Image on the left is for the face, and right is for the clothing.

Customized holster to fit my custom Westar-34 (with scope). It was mentioned in one of the novels that he had one.

Sand gold pads (color of his Mando armor).

Teaching a young Fi how to use the sniper rifle.

Man nice job with the Kal! You pretty much captured what I imagined while reading the series and the head is spot on I'd say. I also scrolled back to have a look at your previous works I didn't see, excellent work on Kira and Satele, they both look amazing!

Thanks bro! I couldn't believe how similar the figure looked to Kal too. Didn't take too much modification actually; just some cutting and more painting hehe. Unfortunately, on the Old Republic side of things, I've run out of inspiration T_T. I was thinking of doing Nadia Grell next, but I haven't decided how to go about it. How're the TOR figs coming along on your end? :)

It is pretty nice, what head is that on Kal by the way? I need one for mine, and I think this is by far the best out there. Nadia would be cool, I hope you end up working on it I'd love to see it. I've got inspiration for some stuff now (Lana Beniko and Reborn Revan maybe even in 6 inch form) just little time, hopefully I can update soon.

Can't wait to see them :) I actually used the entire Gi Joe Retaliation Firefly figure for Kal, head and all :P Found it at TRU for bout a little over $3

This is a great re-purposing of a figure, and an excellent paint job I might add. Its nice when Hasbro gives us character without actually giving us a character.
