fill the cavity with hot glue, let it harden, dremel holes in the glue, insert the arms and turn them while the glue drys around the pegs, it should work, hope that helps!

Wish I had seen this sooner. What I do is coat the small parts ball or swivel joint in vasaline. Put hot glue inside the hole that is too large. Insert your part then go run cold water over it to cool it super quick. Then start rotating the part while still pushing in so it stays bottomed out on the shoulder hole. This way the hot glue will not stick to the arm. This process makes for a perfect tight joint. drilling into hardened glue makes for a weak loose fit and the arm can fall out over time. Good luck!
