@ Spry  Would love to do more but I'm at a stand still I'm trying to figure out how to make a hinge system for two seat on the "bed" of the tank so two troopers can sit or have four standing

I can try to offer suggestions if you post some close up pics of what you are trying to do. You can use jewelry box hinges or glue styrene rod to the part and make some "U" shaped pieces to glue to the frame that does not move.

Stuck on problems
« Reply #19 on: July 05, 2012, 12:04:31 PM »
I'm stuck on a few problems here

The huge unprotected gap and how the driver sits too low to see anyways

The guns just dont seem right to me and the main one seems a bit small and awkward looking for a tank gun

Originally the gunner was standing well now I need to figure out how to make him sit....is it wierd that his feet are in the face of the guy on the bottom?

And finally I'm not sure to go with a bench style or two seperate seats that way they can look out on each side....

plus how to put them on a hinge so I can fit 4 clones in there

Heres two speeders I'm going to also work on

This one is from a power ranger toy I'm thinking of Princess Leia's personal Coruscant speeder

And this one is for my moisture farmer to get from vaporator to vaporator

Ok I got he chair hinge figured out

Prototype

I originally wanted this to be able to be something escorting the Turbo Tank and keep up with the speed how ever I got a wild idea and want to know if I should keep the wheels or make it a walker?

OK, I am Jealous of you finding tose 2 awesome little speeders! I really love that second one! Great idea to hook up some moisture farmer with that inclosed ride! If you ever get tired of is please sell it to me!

Not sure about the legs. I could see removing the wheels, adding engins/cargo boxes and making it a battle tank like vehicle.

I prefer to see walkers used by the empire, huge slow moving machines to strike fear in the enemy. Clones of the Republic fought robots that had no fear so they used lighting war tactics to hit hard and fast where it hurt the enemy the most just like thier Jedi generals did.

Needed a small break from tank so I added a means of stearing and some small details

These were a perfect fit and they swivel still not to mention they look Clone Wars-ish so they will stay

I figured due to not having the proper style legs I will keep it a tank until I find them...Now which gun looks better?

Or...?

Just a little update on green speeder
Cut off the extra plastic on bottom and made it lower, added alittle detail, and made a storage or smugglers hatch

New bike in the making

Oh yea! Very nice work on your little speeder. That swoop bike will be very cool using the Crowd Control Troopers backpak.
