Evidently there are Star Wars Coupons good for about a week only that will get you $10 dollars off with no minimum purchase. It also sounds like they are not really promoting these at all so you probably need to ask for them. Hey, it might be worth a trip in to get ten bucks off.

A lot of people over at Rebelscum are reporting that many TRUs are not handing these out because they dont have them anymore or just dont know what or where they are in the store. Apparently these were sent to TRUs around Christmas time and many TRUs handed them out then.
I went to one of our TRUs and I asked at the CS desk about these and it took them awhile to locate them, they were in the mgrs office locked away in an envelope. They didnt even know they had them. As I understand it, they are expiring either today or yesterday.
Anyway, you may or may not get these if the TRU has lost them, doesnt know about them, or already gave them away long ago.

Makes me wonder if these were unofficially discouraged from being passed out if you get my drift? Kinda sad, but might be worth a look to get ten dollars off today if you have the time.

no, when I asked at the CS desk, the guy looked at me like a deer in the headlights. He asked a few people and no one knew what I was talking about, he asked a mgr and the guy told him to "look in the envelope in the office" and the guy came back a few min later and said they were in a drawer and handed me one.

Methinks there is a bigger story here, but guess if the coupons are past their expiration date its not much use to worry with.

I do thank you for the information though. I was thinking of making a longer drive to my closest one this weekend, but I guess it will be over by then. Did you notice an expiration date on the coupon Spooky?

heh, I had it in my hand about 5min until I spotted the last FX saber on a tip top shelf display away from normal view, I grabbed it and paid for it and used the coupon...

Well don't feel bad. Its not like we had much time to make much use of it. I live about two hours away from the closest toysrus and I wouldn't have been able to get down there till this weekend anyhow.

I want to say this is probably one of the first sales I have ever seen that looks like it was covered up. Perhaps someone wanted to have the sale later or earlier and got the dates on the coupons wrong or something. Guess we will never know.

it's been on the SW forums for about a week or so....maybe 4, 5 days. But yeah, we found out about it pretty late in the game

Well as soon as I heard about it I posted it, but still think even 5 days is not enough forewarning to give folks a decent chance to use this type of deal and then hide the coupons in a back room in envelopes that even the store employees didn't know about was pretty sad.

As far as Hasbro, a question like that Hunter PR would never send on. I can gaurantee it.
