Darth Malgus
Here is a pic of the original figure(courtesy Rebelscum.com):
Please take a moment and compare my modified/repainted Malgus to Hasbro's. The figure was a great try, and with some added work, I turned him into something much, much better! Hasbro did a great job bringing this character into toy form, it just needed to be tweaked a bit to bring out its potential.
Darth Malgus was made using the existing Malgus figure, but adding the Waist of a ROC Cobra Trooper for the Hip articulation. The upper legs were totally resculpted. Also, I added Hands from a SnakeEyes figure that has swivel articulation. I added the armor from Darth Malgus Hands to the snake eyes hands. Alternate heads were created from casts of a Marvel Universe IceMan.

This version of Darth Bane was based off this art and statue by Paul Harding. I dont know what comic it might be from, just a very cool looking version of this Sith Lord.
Darth Bane was created using a Darth Bane Head, Jango Fet torso, Right arm from Weapon X figure, Left Arm from winter soldier, legs from Prince of Persia figure, and boots from Darth Bane.
Concept Cyborg Darth Maul:
Darth Maul is built from an evolutions Darth Maul, and some Transformer figure I found. Hood is from a Star wars figure, I don’t know. Tatooine sand storm Han Solo? Don’t know. Saber is built from StormShadow ‘thingies’ and saber blades.
Super Articulated Darth Nihilus:
Darth Nihilus was built from Darth Nihilus and a ROC Cobra Trooper’s legs.
