OH my Clint, this is brilliant! The fit is perfect and shows how workable this resin is when heated up. For the foot you just dabbed a spot of glue on the peg and held the foot closed right?
Nope, I actually took about half of the inner foot joint peg away to allow it to form and to allow me to get that upper peg piece into that lower area. Heating the foot to do this will work but it works better if the upper joint part is fed into the lower foot joint while the resin is still a bit soft and flexible on the foot end and then hold the foot closed around it with a clamp until the resin sets up harder. This means I have to have  set of joint pegs set up hard and cleaned when I go to cast the feet. That way, as I extract the soft foot, I will be ready to instal the joint.

Clint, I just attached the zombie arms and heads to a couple of Duke 'Joe' figures. They worked perfectley!  Well done my friend!
I'm no artist, but they are turning out well, with the ' civilian style' paint job it put on them.
Keep on keepin on.
Glad you like em, Todd. You will be the first person to try out a pair of these new zombie legs. Let me know when you go to heat and pop that lower double knee joe pin through those resin legs and I will walk you through it if you need me to. Im new to heating and popping myself.

I figured it should be fairly straightforward...  Nicely done!  Next up - TORSOS!!!!
Never cut a torso apart before, Doc. we may have to try that.

I have plans for a Cz-4 Droid torso, so being able to duplicate it would be a plus.  But functional arms & legs... very sweet.

Thank you, Optimus Darthish! Yes, I was pretty excited when I got those parts together for the first time.

I wanted to share a pic of this large order that I shipped out yesterday.
retaliation trooper helmeted heads
steel brigade delta helmets
a wolffe helmet
a female mando armor set
and a bunch of zombie parts. This guy took advantage of an ebay store promotion I have going on right now and got two 4-piece zombie parts sets for free and for the heck of it, I threw in a pair of the articulated legs as well.

I had forgot to post that the zombie leg parts mold also produces this part. Its an individual male mando chest plate crafted after a boba chest plate for a more conservative approach to the individual plate thing.

that and I have been working on an order for a couple of days that involved producing a good number of the large top missiles for the gunship that I normally dont make due to their difficulty and I am proud to announce that they now are turning out better than ever before.

Just playing around here, folks.
I havent made any lightsabers for a while and wanted to try out my new florescent paint on some so I made an auction tonight for these three with the uv reactive paint and threw in a clear one that I had cast up a week or more ago. I noticed that the green glows the brightest when exposed to a black light, the blue is second brightest, and the red is the least of the three.

Don't Bid on this one, Shawn, I want to see if someone hits "buy it now"

Here is a link to that auction

Also, I made listings for this concept obi wan figure with a florescent lightsaber

I also made an auction for this vader that has the saber and the controls on his belt and chest mounted airbox painted.
