You are quite welcome, my friend. Thanks for the business!

Depends on the size of the head in question. The EE Mando helmet is the way to go as it is the largest. I dont have any listed right now but I will try to list some tonight.

that and the other ee male mando buckets are actually larger than any fett helmet that I know of, both jango and boba have smaller ones as far as I know.

I did list that helmet today. Being as the factory helmet must flex to fit that head, this one will need to be heated and reshaped to fit that head.
I need to remold that rangefinder.

Look at the size of this order going out to Italy today. Now this buyer likes his clone helmets.

thanks for the fp and the banner, Shawn. It looks great.
You had mentioned freebies...i had forgot to mention that in the shot of the Italy order above, the stuff to the right of the bagged rangefinders were his freebies.
Here is a shot of a skull and zombie head hoard I sent out today. The bagged stuff was his order and those 6 heads were the freebies.
I usually do the free stuff for the bigger orders and repeat customers anymore.

This buyer has bought from me 4 times now and always makes a large order.
The stuff in front is his free bundle.

Wow! Clint it must be fun knowing you can make any part you want to create whatever action figure you would like. Top notch and crisp detail as always.

I may have missed posting the last round of new parts. I will have to tally em up and get some shots posted here.

Sometimes, I am not satisfied with how a mold produces the part. Perhaps, cleanup of the part is too difficult or air pockets entrapped within the mold corrupt the cast piece too much.
This was the case with these two parts and I made new molds for them this weekend changing things up a bit.
I never liked how the cw arc trooper backpack castings were turning out as they didnt degas properly while casting and cleanup was too much of a chore.
The CW04 rotary cannon that Jay had sent me last year to mold had turned out a mold full of air pockets and the bail/handle hardly ever turned out right. I changed things up with the new mold and am proud to announce that the castings are turning out a lot better now for both parts.
Jay, I believe you are overdue for a care package, my friend.

also, here are a couple shots of a POC Gen Hawk helmet where I have molded the goggles on his brim to be cast in place. I can get the side straps that dangle down past the helmet to turn out but thus far, it is a pain in the butt.
