This post is mainly to see if i can  ;D . Having problems with PMs, they won't send.
I only just joined the shipyards as I have started customising my collection. Just placed an order with Clonehead and I can't wait to get it. I mainly collect clone wars animated figures, and plan to put removable helmets on all my clones (only 20 clones not that big of an army). I have started going back through episodes of the clone wars looking for ideas as I plan to make them all individuals.

Next job will be to get myself a camera and start putting  photos on here.  :D

Here are a couple of pics of one of the two orders that I am working on right now.
This order is for an ebay customer and in the back row, you can see the 6 parts that were paid for:

1 Clone Wars General Kenobie oversized aotc hollow helmet
1 hollow snowtrooper helmet
1 ee elite forces B'arin Apma mando hollow helmet with seperate rangefinder
1 evo imp pilot Biggs human head
1 ee B'arin Apma human head

In the foreground, you can see the two free parts that I included in this buyer's parcel:
1 regular size hollow aotc clone helmet

Tomorrow, I will post pics of the much larger order that Shipyards member Jakarn made

Here are the 25 free parts that I have included with Jakarn's order. "these bigger orders always warrant a larger bundle of free parts, in my opinion"
1 slip on training clone armor piece
1 hollow comic pack Faie helmet
1 hollow snowtrooper helmet
5 packs and pouches from the ROC paraviper
1 snowtrooper backpack
1 Captain Needa imperial officer cap
1 evo gunship pilot airbox
1 evo tie pilot airbox
1 mando optical rangefinder
1 clone wars rifle
4 clone wars pistols
4 clone wars pistol holsters "two right and two left"
1 Echo helmet with neck nub and Rex head slightly modified to fit together. "this is an example for you to follow with your parts"

Jakarn'  These neck nubs are molded from legacy figures and are slightly larger than the ones on the clone wars figure bodies.
To make them work with these cw heads, all that is required is to ream out the lower edge of the mounting hole in the resin head with an exacto knife. Not much material is needed to be removed and this process doesn't take very long to do. In the example I have packed into your free parts bundle, I have left the fit fairly tight from the nub to the head. Rather than simply gluing the nub onto the cut off post of a figure's body, I would also drill a hole into the cut off post of the body and into the joining surface of the neck nub so that you can use a length of wire to strengthen and pin the connection point where you glue the parts together

While the Echo heads fit perfect into the Echo helmets, I find that the Rex and Gree heads are slightly too tight in the nose and ear areas. A simple way to counter this is to slightly widen the opening at the bottom of the helmet with an exacto knife and to slightly carve out the area inside the front face of the helmet where the head's nose resides while in the helmet. This mod is fairly easy to do and takes little time.

In the last pic, you see the slightly altered echo helmet with the Rex fitted inside and the nub fitted to the Rex head in the way that they are included in your free parts bundle. Use this set as en example for any fitting mods that you might need to make.

I am packing your parcel now and will ship it within the hour.
Thank you so much for your business and, enjoy your parts.

Wow,
It all looks great, my painting hand is itching to get a hold of them. Thanks for the advice on how to attach the nubs and heads.  Also thanks a lot for the free parts just looking at them I have some ideas of how I can use them.  Those holsters and pistols will look good on the AT-TE crew I just got from Tunghori yesterday.  Looks like I'm going to be busy for a few months  ;D

Here is a shot of an order that I wrapped up for a shipyarder, today.
The paid for order was for 6 captain needa imperial officer's caps. For free parts, I threw in two ROTS Clone Commander pistols and holsters. I figured that a couple of the new officers could warrant a side-arm.

It was asked if these caps were the same size and hollow like the stock Needa Cap. Here are some shots of my Needa head wearing custom pilot, wearing the resin version.

I will get these shipped tomorrow.

Wow, they look great, Clint.  Thanks for the extras.  I can definitely use them. Those caps look so good I may order a bunch more soon.  BTW, your customs are awesome.  The camo patterns are just killa.
