That is a nice ride.
And I like the Gamorrean bouncer.
Looks to be a rough club.

Here's where I hang out on my night's off.....Oh and that's my ride out front...

where did the treads go, man?

I loved the vehicle when I was younger, the color was off, but you sure fixed that.

that is the paralyzer/sonic boom tank, right?

Looks great if it is, :)

Yep you got it! I found it on e-bay as a damaged item so it cost me a few pence, great scene filler.

Once again very nice. I love your new ride. It is amazing how a few simple alterations and paint apps can make  a Joe vehicle look like a SW one.

Cheers Tamer...

I've noticed that it's a bit quiet on the creative engineering front, so I thought I'd add some more images that could hopefully inspire.

I have to thank Doc Outlands again as his work with Polityrene gave me the idea for this set, it's amazing what you can do with bits and pieces you find lying around, and the best thing is that it takes hardly any time at all to put together an interesting diorama.

The only new pieces I needed for this diorama were the 2 sections of polistyrene which I sealed with an acrylic lacquer and painted with an airbrush. The bar is a long girder piece I made up as a set filler, there is another filler piece and the floor which I use for loads of other sets, which also used to be the Death Star floor from an old diorama. I printed off some decals using textures I'd created previously and stuck them to the Polistyrene pieces, this adds to the depth of field when photographing a scene.

Using close up camera techniques blurs out the background, hiding any imperfections, leaving suggestions of what lies beyond the focal point.

Here are some more images of the set.

WOW!!  Heh, I'm going to return the love once I finally get my laser printer set up where I can use it to print off stickers and do some Hangerbay 94-style set-pieces.   ;D

That looks GREAT, Jules!

Awesome stuff as usual Jules. Wow, the images you make sure do make me want to see more of Darkchild and just more photonovel type shots in general.

Don;t ride him too hard - he's waiting on ME!  Finishing up two heads over the weekend to get heading across the pond so the story can get moving again.

Now THAT would be something.
I really like the look of this project, and it really has been worth the wait so far.
And that  is alright because too much at once, and what is there to look forward to later?
Great work, and nice to see some collaboration going on.
