I really like the Sandtrooper in Tusken Raider disguise, if you don't mind I'll have to do a 6" one of him. And WOW O WOW Krell is just brillant the details on him a just flawless.

Thanks everybody!  After spending years just cranking out figures a day at a time, it was nice to take things slow for a change.  Your comments make me feel like all that time invested in Krell really paid off.  It may change the way I make figures going forward.

That Krell is most impressive. Your detailed sculpting as always is most accurate.

Thank you!

This is just a quick figure that I made with some spare fodder to help fill out my Cantina diorama, nothing as eye catching as Krell.

Great looking and accurate Spacer from the Cantina! I love the gloves and boots you used to complete his look. I wonder if he would look even better without the neck ring so the helmet could sit a bit lower.

Great spacer from the cantina. I have wanted to make that figure myself.  Now I am going to have to try to find a Bossk and make that figure.

Thanks guys!  I think you're right L.E.  I'm going to lose the neck ring...

TAKEN FROM THE BLOG:

Last year Dad was asked by Mr. Black's Customs aka Incom to create a Chukha Trok and a Kaink from the Star Wars Caravan of Courage Ewok TV special that was on when Dad was a kid.   Dad was always a huge fan of Mr. Black's work and was honored by the offer and terrified at the same time.  Dad always considered his work as one of his key influences as he developed as a customizer himself.  Dad was very intimidated by the project because he had such little experience creating soft goods and he wasn't sure he would have what it took to complete the task.  Eventually Dad built up the courage (at least a year later) and just dove in head first.

For a long time Dad struggled to find the right wood to use to make the accessories.  While on a visit to Sprywalker Ranch Dad sought the consultation of Star Wars customizer/landscaper Luke Sprywalker on what wood to use to create the Ewok customs.  With wood taken directly from Sprywalker Ranch, Dad fashioned the crystal staff of Kaink and the chest plate and axe handle of Cukha Trok.

We thought that since today was "unofficially" Ewok Day, that this would be the perfect time to unveil the custom Ewok pair.  Tomorrow they ship off to the Netherlands to join their owner in their new home.

Now these two are simply perfect! Such nice work Brian, the soft goods look just right. I am so glad the branches I shared were usable as well. What a lucky guy Remco is!

I loved those movies. I wish they had taken the story further. It would be interesting to see a story that showed what happened after Cindel and Noa left Endor.

Ewoks are superb! The soft goods bring that realism to the figure.
