Very nice, I LOVE the Clone Wars so much. I enjoy all yours and elias' work. Actually you and Peakob1's work is what actually pulled me to the yards to share my customs. Keep up the great customs Brian, and CONGRATULATIONS on the 5 year anniversary on the blog. Many more years of customizing to you and Elias  0/ DH

Thanks so much!  I'm a big fan of PeakOB1's customs too.  We have almost 50 of his figures in our collection at home.

For those active in fan forums, you are probably already familiar with the awesome diorama pieces that Hole In the Ground Productions offers to fellow collectors. Hole In the Ground's offerings are just too cool to not be part of any Star Wars 3.75? collection.  Elias recently purchased and customized Hole In the Ground's new Robot Flipper.  The item was a great way to embellish the Jabba's Droid Torture Chamber area of his shelf space when he added this newly created accessory.  Elias used cinnamon to add the rust color to this piece.  It looks great posed with Elias' custom super-articulated 8D8 droid that he made a ways back.

Nice!  I love the cinnamon idea.  I picked one of these up too, and haven't painted it up yet--need to get to it!

Elias asked me to thank everyone on his behalf who left comments.

This was a fairly quick custom that I made not too long ago with the head of a POTF2 Grand Moff Tarkin, and the body of The Clone Wars Admiral Yularen action figure.  I sculpted some more hair onto the head and then painted the sculpt after drilling a hole into the bottom of the head to make it fit on the peg.

Captain Tarkin featured heavily in The Clone Wars both in The Citadel arc and during Ahsoka's trial. We thought Tarkin was more than worthy of a spot on The Clone Wars collection shelf.  Hope you all enjoy!

Thank you both!

Elias has been hard at work creating some really cool displays for his shelves. His latest project was adding an "eight panel computer console" to an Imperial diorama that he has been working on.  We bought the computer console from Hole In the Ground Productions and placed it in a Frank D'iorio Diorama Workshop inspired piece that we purchased second hand on eBay.  We used glossy black adhesive vinyl contact paper on some spare foam board that we had to add the flooring to the walls and completed the look.

Way to go Elias! (And Dad.) The dioramas look great and the flooring idea works really well, might have to do that myself. Thanks for sharing.
