Hey Mando Assassin,

I'm glad you liked them so much. I think the Clone Marine is one of my best customs. I'll try to finish it but no guarantees as I am heading off to college soon.

Hey all,

I haven't been on here in a really long time , and I already forgot how to use everything. But anyway, started a custom Bo-Katan a few weeks ago and posted some pics on rebelscum but no one seemed interested so I thought I would post it here.
As a customizer, pretty much exhausted and tired of my work, never comes out right.
Anway these pictures  aren't the most up to date picture of my custom. The sculpt for the most part is done, just need to buy paint eventually. I'll try and post more pictures later.

Hope you guys like it.

Sorry I am just commenting on this as real life has really taken me away from my internet this week, but I think you are off to a great start on her. She is definitely one of my favorite TCW Characters and I am looking forward to seeing your next batch of wip or finale pics. Off to share on our pages.

Thanks Tamer. Means a lot. My interest in my own customizing abilities has really gone down this past year. Not pleased with my own work, so often try to destroy my previous work and try to start fixing it again.

Also been in college so, don't have that much time anymore. Heading back soon, so probably not going be on that much again.

As for Bo-Katan, I'll post some more pictures sometime this week (her sculpt for the most part is done) Not sure if I like her back armor (might redo it) but won't be able to finish her because don't have the right color paint, and just trying to save up on money. Might finish her later, or who knows.

Glad to see you like her so far.

Thanks guys, appreciate the comment.

Here are some finished works I guess.

A CW Commander Fox

IMG_0692 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

A CW Captain Deviss
(if I had the chance to go back 3 yrs ago and not my figures so bad, many of my customs would look a lot better. (Tried to do the best I could with it, the previous paint was difficult to remove and looks pretty bad, but oh well).

My take on him, didn't really like the movie version so much, too plain

IMG_0690 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

My take on TCW Obi-Wan in Mando Armor
Had a couple of those very unarticulated Obi-wan figures, decided to play around and see if I could make some mando armor (turned out okay)

IMG_3042 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

IMG_3045 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

Some Coruscant ARFs (don't really like how they turned out because they were using old custom bases (tried to remove as much paint as I could but oh well)

IMG_3053 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

TCW Riot Clone captain (might go back and paint a different color and add some sculpt armor to the helmet.

IMG_3026 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

IMG_3025 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

IMG_3024 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

And then, here are some work in progress

(Unfortunately, these figures all suffer the same fate as my Deviss figure, previous customs that were so bad, and no matter how much better I am at painting than I was 3 years ago, the damage has been.

If I had clean clone trooper bases, pretty sure they would turn out great.

TCW Captain Keeli

IMG_0696 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

A TCW Death Watch Jedi deserter (haven't really figure it out yet

IMG_0697 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

Bo-Katan

IMG_0694 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

IMG_0695 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

A random TCW ARC trooper (used to be my Fives ARC trooper body, but I think I might buy some ARC Troopers from sinodolls on ebay eventually and start all over again on some customs.

IMG_0684 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

IMG_0685 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

A TCW Republic Commando (didn't like my first take of TCW RC's so tried again)

IMG_3027 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

IMG_3032 by butterfingersbb, on Flickr

My old TCW RC Delta Squad

Might try to take apart some of the sculpt, (and try to redo it) or sell it or something who knows

And Mando Assasin, thanks for the positive comments, means a lot. Stopped by on your flickr page the other day, you've got some pretty nice customs, you're a much better sculptor than me.

By the way, where did you get the casts for the CW RC helmet and the RC guns, (i've been trying to make my own casts for a long time and they never come out right, deciding to try and start buying casts from other ppl.

And Luke Sprywalker, thank you too for the positive feedback.

Well anyway, hope you guys like them.

Thanks for the info Mando Assassin.

Stuck trying to figure out what to do with this custom Clone Commando, particularly in the arms legs, and knees.

Sorry for the poor picture quality, most of these are taken with a phone.

Please,  give me some advice on what to do with the clone armor. Still looks off.  Will probably buy a helmet cast from someone else later. My casts are no good.

Wow, I did that sculpt work on the legs. It looks really good. Not so sure about that chest though, maybe I am just partial to Mandalorian or stock Imperial stuff. I wonder if some type of breather on it might be cool?

I could see a Shae Vizla helmet mod looking good on this one too.

I also like how you have built up the feet, legs, shoulders, and arms. Looks a lot better. This one will also get a ton better once the overall paint work gets applied.

Thanks you two for your comments. Don't know what to do with them anymore.

Anyone have any idea on how to sculpt the armor for TCW RC, tried so many times, but it never looks right.

Any ideas/help would be appreciated.
