I'm sure something like this has been done before but I haven't come across it yet. I figured that I would post this quick reworking of the Hallmark Palpatine ornament. It's very slightly out of scale but not by much.  Not enough for me to mind, anyway. I used a repainted Saga Palpatine head (which I think it the best likeness) and a POTJ Obi Wan hood. Some Dremel work, a little paint touch ups, some minor cutting and he is a great display piece, I think. Much better than anything Hasbro has offered up to this point. These ornaments can be found pretty inexpensively on Ebay right now if anyone is interested in doing something like this.

@lostcauze501st - Well, there were some seams but nothing an Xacto blade couldn't handle  ;)

Thanks Tamer and MrJedi.  I have been doing some customizing but I haven't been posting too much.  I recently told Chad that you might be happy to know that the guns are on the tower now and I just have a couple of things I need to do with it to cover up some gaps and I will get some photos for you of that.  Also, I am working on a huge piece that I've been wanting to do for a very long time but was waiting to pick up the new AT-AT in order to do it.  That should give you an idea of what it might be.  It is nowhere near completed but I just spend a few days on it and it's coming along nicely.  I'll post some pics here and on my Facebook page when I can.
