You are on a roll Commander. The Cracken figure really lends itself well to customs, especially using Joe parts. Great bunch. Cant wait till we get the 3.75" Black Series Jyn Erso and Cassian Andor figures...I see lots of customizing potential in them.

Great parts combos on the Rebel figures - that Cracken body does provide some good variety for the Rebel ranks. I really like how the Sector Ranger turned out - could totally see building a squad of them:)

Untill I can obtain the upcoming Jyn Erso from the Black Series, this custom Jyn will act as a stand-in.
She is a fully playable kitbash made from a combination of parts from the parts bin.

These Rogue One figures look great!
Distribution here in Germany has become a little better over the last years, but availability of TBS is just horrible, isn't it? I am curious if and when Rogue One products will be available here...with the quality of your customs you might not even need to buy any figures!

Actually, I am really looking forward to the Rogue One wave of the 3.75" Black Series. If they look just a good in hand as the photos we've seen so far, they must be really great.

I agree, though, distribution in Germany is horrible.
We get all the 5POA crap, but they could have found another distributor in those countries where there's no WalMart or ASDA.

Kurgan, that's a great take on Jyn. The parts combo certainly is a reasonable facsimile.

That Jyn custom is nice stand-in for the TBS figure.   But it's also good enough IMO that once you get the official version, she should stay on as a new character.   What's the source for her head (different toy line)?

I have no idea which figure the head is from originally, but you're right, stand-in Jyn can stay as some other smuggler or whatever character.
