Quick Lego GNK Power Droid build
I try not to limit myself to 3 3/4 scale, and had an idea the other day while looking at my keyboard.
Figured I would share it with you...not that hard of a build.
Two days tops (and that's with letting the epoxy dry)
Sorry for the bad cell phone photos, pictures were as effortless as this build
All you really need as a base is a pair of small legs (Lego, Megablocks, etc) and two keys from a key board.
The keys have a post that needs to be sanded down.
Once sanded cut a slit for the legs on one of the halves.
The slit does not need to be perfect, it can be covered up with epoxy later.
Next glue the two halves together.
...and glue the legs in place.
Here he is after some epoxy
Started laying out some random plastic and computer pieces to give him
some pop
Paint
Had a helper glue on some embellishments
The final product!
