Well Elias is really the driving force here at home. I've asked to retire more times than I can remember.
Starting them off with No Paint Kit Bashes and slowly introducing new techniques as they master what they've learned so far is really beneficial to keeping them excited about the hobby. Slow progress makes it's easier for them to produce a quality piece.
The blog was very helpful too. Seeing visits from the blog going from 50 hits a month when we first started to 12,000 hits last month really made Elias feel like people were interested in what he was doing.
Customizing brought us so much closer these last few years and because customs take so long it adds up to a lot of quality time as a family
