What a grand improvement. Nicely done!
I dabble in the Star Wars Universe of Toys... I rip apart little plastic people and turn them into other plastic people. Sometimes I take pictures of them and post them.

Thanks Tamer and AJ.

BTW AJ,
I loved what you did with the cantina table.  That's a tea light, isn't it?

Hello Yarders!
Usually, I don't show my WIPs until I have a finished project, but I've made an exception.  This custom has no character in canon nor EU.  It was inspired by a few sketches of female Wookiees that I saw a few years ago and I thought how neat a custom that would that be.  I had scored a Marvel Universe She-Hulk, figured that would be the right base figure and went to town with some greenstuff.  I actually started her about two years age, got distracted by other things and put her away.  I rediscovered her recently and tried to get her ready for the bounty hunter challenge, which has been over for .......

Thanks to Peakob on this one for some sculpting advise.

I just finished the body two days ago and have a base coat on her.  Accessories are also almost done.
I'm not sure if I should partially cloth her or just leave her au natural.
I'm open to suggestions Yarders.

Back with an update soon.
Thanks

Amazing sculpt work - absolutely amazing! (I would vote for clothed, by the way, I really like the first graphic).

Great sculpting work. That is some of the best hair simulating I've seen. Excellent!

I vote clothed but the fabric doesn't look right. I'd go for a leathery hide or maybe even reptilian as her coverings.

Hello! :o
I wasn't expecting the banner, but ....... cool!   8)

Figured I'd get these posted, so the Yarders could see my painted Wookiee gal, before the podcast.  She looks a little less like the Jolly Green Wookiee, Hirsute She-Hulk now.  Tamer, I do like your nickname 'Wookiee Gal', but we've named her, Hachaa.  The base figure is the 3.75 scale Marvel Universe She-Hulk. I've got some WIPs that I'll show later.

Coincidentally, I just found this image today.  Check out the female Wookiee figure we could have had.

I'm still working on some last minute touch-ups, her accessories, weapons and softgoods.
I vote clothed but the fabric doesn't look right. I'd go for a leathery hide or maybe even reptilian as her coverings.
I'm taking DS's & Starchaser's advice about the soft goods.  I think I know how to pull off the reptilian hide.

Wow, give me your sculpting of Wookie Fur any day over Hasbro's. Looks phenomenal. I guess we will have to put this on the front page soon along with the video embed for the podcast.

I haven't gotten to sit down and watch the show yet. It's on the High Priority list for this weekend. I was in New Orleans last night watching a Jazz band and eating fried shrimp... that's the only excuse I got.

That Wookie female is looking freakin' great!
