I remember when you teased this figure while talking about the use of nitrile gloves for clothing. The final figure turned out really well! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Starchaser.
I've been sitting on those pics for more than a year, in deference to CloneCrazy and his PN.
You make some extremely intricate customs.  Not that your softwoods don't look great, but you should try experimenting with nitrile yourself.  It's a pain to work with at first, but it looks great at 3.75 scale.

I'm convinced and will have try it out here when I get a bit more time. (Also, thanks for the compliment.)

I am wondering what Yuzzum has been working on in his shop. Always great to see an update from the artist formerly known as Sjefke!

Hey, Yuzzums Customs has been on hiatus after going through some life changing stuff.  Really!  Last February, I had to box everything up and move out of the house.  Well I've moved into my own place and finally unpacking the crafts supplies.  I really want to finish up a bunch of old projects .... if I can find them.

Here's a commission I made for Clone Crazy's The Will of the Force. She's the Red Witch, who was inspired by the character, The Silent Wife from the steampunk/Kung Fu movie, Tai Chi Zero.

The base figure was GI Joe, Retaliation, Jinx.  I fabricated the belt, including the buckle from paper and stiffened it up by saturating it with crazy glue.  The front of the skirt is made of nitrile and painted with Vallejo acrylic.

I used the head of a The Corps figure and hollowed it out to make the mask.  I made a few modifications and painted in multiple layers;  black, silver, black and finally red.  The weathering is actually distressing.  The eye holes actually go through the mask and you can see the figure's eyes peering out.  It's creepy up close.  Unfortunately, I couldn't capture that in the pics as the scale is too small and my photography too weak.

That's all I'm going to reveal for now.  The mask is removable, but seeing the face would be a big time spoiler.

The figure has a cloak that I'm very proud of.  I'll show those pics next time.

Thanks Yarders.

Here's the soft goods cloak that I made for the Red Witch.  I used fabric glue, as sewing is not one of my skills.   This actually opens in the front and is secured with seven 1 mm disc shaped rare earth magnets, which are secured in the fabric.  It's a little tricky to put on, but it's very form fitting, yet still allows good range of motion.  Unfortunately, I failed to take pics of the cloak open.

I also glued a flower wire into the bottom of the cloak which helps the fabric hold its form.

Just to show that the mask is removable.

Thanks Yarders
