- Snowtrooper Commander
- Yoda w/backpack
- Toryn Farr
- Luke Skywalker (Dagobah Training)
- Dak Ralter
- Bastila Shan

I was planning on ordering the entire wave, but having seen high res pics of that Luke and Yoda, I'll just limit my order to the Snowtrooper Commander. Made it a squad though  ;D

The Commander looks good enough to me, I might end up retooling one for more POA.

Toryn Farr looks great too, but this figure is not for me.

Yoda looks plain horrible. Again, Hasbro fails to produce a decent looking OT Yoda

I get the idea behing the extra POA on Luke, but judging from the pics, the execution could've been handled better. I take it, those double jointed elbows are for holding the straps of the backpack correctly.

Dack Ralter seems to be a repack of the VC07 figure? Again, not for me.

Bastila Shan is a very popular figure and hard to find. Good call from Hasbro to repack her. I'm sure a lot of collectors will appreciate that.


So, what are your thoughts on this wave?

I'm excited for Bastila Shan! Hopefully they pack enough of her and Toryn Farr. I'll grab up a few Luke's too.

Remco thanks for posting this. I already ordered the case from Dorkside myself. I am done with retail. Like Chad and I discussed on CAFN it just doesn't make sense to go into any retail stores now. There just isn't anything there. I mean new finds in brick and mortar are like shockers now and a person is really gonna have to go to etailers if they want to continue to collect. I like Dorkside because they don't try to gouge you and they are just good people.

Whats so special about the Snowtrooper Commander?  It looks like a regular snowtrooper to me.  Perhaps I'm missing something?  Are there any extra details I'm failing to see on it?

Most notably, the face mask is different. The commander has a mask that appears to be non-flexible, whereas the trooper clearly has a cloth mask. The commander was the one standing next to Veers in the AT-AT cockpit in TESB. Here you can see more differences between the two:

Oh this is cool, I never really noticed it in the movies.  Subtle but very different variations.  Thanks for pointing that out.  Looks like I'm gonna have to pick a couple these up.

Damn you BigBadToystore!!!!  Can never get a single carded preorder figure that I want!  I emailed them about a preorder too, guess its the wild wild west with them too.  Man I'm hoping amazon has the single figures out along with the entire wave 4.
