I'm trying to ask the admins and moderators how to get that picture on the bottom of your message but it says you have to type letters and you typed the wrong letters not in "the picture"!!! I need someone to help me with both problems!!!

You're asking about a forum signature, I believe. In order to get a forum signature, you need to first create a banner (of the correct size and dimensions as per the forum rules) and then upload it to an image hosting site, such as Imgur, Flickr, etc.), and then host it here through the use of a BBCode tag.

To do that, look below the avatar of the person you want to message. There will be a few little buttons there. Hover over them with your mouse and you will see descriptions of the actions you can take with those buttons. One of them is "send a private message."

You have to have a certain number of posts in the forums before it (the smf forum system) will unlock your profile to send private messages. I think it is ten or 15 posts. It is an automated security measure designed to protect against any bots or spammers who try to join the forums and send trash. I know its a pain, but it has really helped limit a lot of harmful things in here. I usually catch the spammers and don't approve their accounts, but if one does get by me that will catch em and I can get rid of them before they cause anyone any problems.

As for your banner picture there is a tutorial around here somewhere on how to do it, but you are just putting a bbc image code into the area on your profile you can type a signature message. Please remember that for your signature banner you cannot have anything larger than 560 pixels in width or 70 pixels in height to protect against forum page load times.
