Denruss Arzaeben - a subsistence farmer who lives out in the wilds of Batuu. Denruss' real name is Benza Madreden. a Jedi who survived the Purge, in large part because he didn't believe that Jedi should become military officers, so he worked chiefly as a scout. He never removes his helmet in public so that informants, bounty hunters or probe droids can't identify him as a "listed" Jedi. He was tracked down once by Purge troopers, but they didn't survive the encounter and Denruss took one of the helmets as a trophy. He painted it blue in memory of the Republic.

Hey Jeff, thanks for sharing your latest custom! To be honest I think we've had enough Mando/Din Djarin and Grogu figures in TVC. Therefore I'm glad to see that you found use for Mando's legs! So there's customizing potential here. The Klatooinians and Jabba's goons as re-issue are perfect for customizing also because they're affordable. The Skiff Master for example is only 11€ on Amazon at the moment here in Germany. The Klatooinian however is still at 20 bucks here. Waiting for the prices to drop...

The helmet looks perfect in blue! Reminds me of the blue Emperor's Guards in The Force Unleashed.
Didn't recognize where it was from, so thanks for sharing your recipe!
The new design of the Imperial Purge Trooper reminds me of the original McQuarrie design for the Stormtrooper...or was it the "Super Trooper"?

Can't wait to finally post all this on the front page! Just need to talk to Shawn one more time...

I thought I had posted this some time ago, though I can't seem to find him in the thread, so I'll repost here:
Big Rotunda, the artisan behind Thewel’s Gold small batch brews.  “Far from the Galactic Core, Big Rotunda lives in a mystical land and strives to perfectly blend the magical ingredients to produce Thewel’s Gold Brews, small batch exotic spirits that will lift your spirit.” Really, its Bec Tondeetra, the very inventive and jovial proprietor of the food and drinks establishment in Safa Thewel. Using the indigenous flora, Bec has actually managed to create some amazing artisanal spirits sold in small batches through third party distributors that are highly sought after among aficionados in the Galactic Core. He had great fun creating the persona of “Big Rotunda” as part of the marketing lore for his drinks. Though the Twi’lek is happy with his simple life in a small community (which he doesn’t want to make a tourist attraction), Bec is actually very wealthy.

Another fantastic story and figure! Jeff, you're a poet. I could well see him being a butcher, but a brewer makes even more sense. Quiggold is a figure I haven't heard of before.
Thanks for sharing the recipe!

And if you ever go to Michigan, make sure to visit the Belgian brewery in Frankfort!

The Sormcloud Brewing Company has some excellent beers. Their most popular one is called "Nightswimmer".  Cheers!

Pretty excited, the Super7 ReAction Biotron figure showed up:

Baron Karza is on the way. I loved the Micronauts when I was a kid (and I still do). Biotron will happily join the ranks of droids scattered throughout the Star Wars universe.

Drigglok - A Gabdorin pirate. Drigglok grew up in the worker's tenements of Coronet City, both of his parents were dock workers. He was bullied a lot by the urchins and gang kids that lived in this seedy enivronment. Tired of being picked on, Drigglok learned how fight, both with his fists and a vibroblade. Instead of dock work like his parents, he sought to work onboard a large freighter and took to the stars. He found the galaxy to be generally cutthroat and unkind, so he took to piracy as a way to look out for his own interests

Head = Quiggold
Torso = xyber 9 Machestro

Here's a couple of new customs (also the Super7 Reaction Baron Karza came - maybe pictures tomorrow):

Kareta Barru – from Haruun Kal, sometimes called "Milady Corsair" or "The Belle Pirate" due to the fact that she demands that her crew generally treat captives with politeness. Kareta was an unfortunate child, whose parents were killed in an accident while she was young. Her aunt took her in, but treated her as a servant and eventually planned to sell her to a wealthier family. Kareta overheard one of the conversations about this "arrangement" and escaped Pelek Baw. She was taken in by an older "offworlder" woman, whose son was a freighter pilot. On one of his rare visits to Haruun Kal, the woman convinced her son to take Kareta aboard ship and teach her to fly. He did. Turns out, he also had a bad gambling problem and was grabbed from a sabacc table by a loan shark due to a large debt. Kareta vowed to pay off the debt, which she began to do by pirating pirated goods from the very loan shark who had taken her teacher captive. She soon found piracy was lucrative, and so began the process of getting a larger ship and building a crew.

Orhon Uskadhi - a hulking figure from an undisclosed planet. From a lighter weight planet that permits a tall and lanky physique, Orhon needs his power armor to counteract the effects of "normal" gravity. This does not, however, make him weak or fragile. His species is warlike and only the strong survive on his planet. Due to the gravity challenge and the barbarity of his homeworld  (not to mention the more primitive technology), few of Orhon's species ever leave their homeworld. Orhon was tranquilized by a traveling hunting party (most of whom he killed) and sold to a galactic zoo. Fortunately, of the zookeepers figures out he was sentient.

And together:

The Super7 ReAction Baron Karza. I know that purists will be angry about this figure because its a true 3.75" figure when the original was nearly 5 inches tall and towered over the Time Traveler and Pharoid figures. But...I like it, as its a good representation and I don't mind the smaller stature at all.
