Very cool. Keep it going. Love the six inch vehicle builds you are doing. Off to share.

That is looking pretty sweet so far, can't wait to see how it progresses.

Progress

I'm very pleased with how the body came out.... but after working with it I realized that I need to beef up the legs some.  They are WAY too scrawny and just don't look right.  I'll work on finishing out the fine details of the legs, controls, and footpedals the next few nights.  Then hopefully this weekend get some time to paint it.

I'm also going to try something new for this project.  I have printable water slide decals that I want to try and use to get the finishing touches done on this project.  Hopefully that will add some professionalism to the final piece.

I was thinking the same thing about the legs but that body turned out great! Leave it to you, spud.
These six inch scale vehicles of yours are fantastic.

I agree, this really is turning into something extraordinary. I love seeing how quickly customizers jump on creating 6 inch scale functional vehicles. There's this guy at a SWBS6 Facebook group who is actually well on his way with building a 6 inch scale AT-ST  :o

With an AT-RT, an AT-ST in the works, there's bound to be a 6 inch scale AT-AT on the horizon? The Tamer-sign is lit  [at1]

I had that thought actually last night.  With the new figures coming down the line including the tie pilot it wouldn't be too hard to convert him into an at-at driver...  I was considering at the very least constructing a 6" scale at-at head/cockpit.

Poor Shawn. It's ideas like those that keep him from sleeping at night.

Thanks for the tip Krztfr.  I'll keep that in mind.  Right now these are holding up ok in most positions...  with the figure on there they are having a little trouble holding the weight in some of the poses.

Here's what I've done today to widen and detail the legs,  what do you guys think?

it's hard to see the details with the white and black parts...  especially with the flash on (sorry about that).   With the weekend on its way I'll have more time to devote to finishing these details.

I think it looks great on our front page. Nice work.

I wish there was some way to mass produce this thing. I wish you had a 3D Printer bud.

Wow! You have got to smile whenever you walk by this. I am not sure, even if Hasbro did make one of these, that it would look as good. You are really bringing this one home Devin!

That's pretty awesome SF. Sorry if I missed it but how is the leg articulation?
