I've been thinking hard about the custom contest, and have the pieces for these figures I'd like to make and if good enough enter in the contest. This will at least give me one to focus on, and if it doesn't turn out I'll focus on the next highest. Hopefu

Thanks Tamer, I agree the more aliens the better. Here's my Cassus Fett. Dulled some gold paint, and sewed the soft goods myself. Not too big a fan of mixing paint, always mix too much, not enough, or it dries out before I finish. This time I mixed clear varnish in to keep it moist, and supplement it a bit. It worked great, and made the paint's finish a bit nicer.

Thanks koth, and Tamer, I have another one already.

This is my Darth Bane. Sewed all the soft goods. Sculpt the collar, details on the shoulder pad, details on the hand, belt, and boots.

Made him out of a Marvel Gladiator, with a Drax head, and the shoulder pad is cut out of a styrene sheet.

Decided to glue the cape down so is stays draped properly. Carved lines in the arm to be character accurate, sadly they're hardly noticeable after the paint, but I think it turned out quite well.

Nice looking Cassus Fett figure you made.
Yours looks very similar to the custom Cassus Fett figure that I made last year. Here's a couple pics of mine:

Well they could nearly be twins, wish I would have remembered the shoulder strap on mine though. I like he slightly different flavors we have, usually if I see we made the same character there are aspects I like about yours better than mine, but at the same time there are aspects I like about mine better than yours. Like this one, I love your paint job, the chest details are sweet, but I like my soft goods a bit better. It's always fun to compare them.

A customer requested this Darth Zannah, this would be the third Darth Zannah I've made, and I think it might be my best yet. She looks pretty cool by my comic style Darth Bane too.

Nice job on Cassus Fett, the gold paint looks really good. Your Darth Bane turned out magnificent. Great attention to detail with the arm carving and sculpting.

Thanks Starchaser, sculpting is really becoming my favorite part, and still wish the arm carving would have survived the paint better, but at least it's somewhat visible in the side pic. Bane, and Zannah are actually going to the same customer now, they'll make quite the display.

Thanks Tamer, the eyes are a pain to deal with for they're so small, but they are definitely worth it when they turn out as though they are the gateway to the character's soul.

Fantastic as usual.
Thanks Bronxstalker!

Made a Pacithhip Jedi. Drilled out Ketwol's head to make it work on a ball joint.
