I've been thinking hard about the custom contest, and have the pieces for these figures I'd like to make and if good enough enter in the contest. This will at least give me one to focus on, and if it doesn't turn out I'll focus on the next highest. Hopefu

Wow, that sold fast! I think that off white would have worked. I was thinking a light gray as well, or maybe a bronze. I'm really looking forward to your finished Vodo. Hasbro could have had a heyday with "Tales." I would love to see a good Cathar (though Crado wasn't a favorite of mine, maybe Rasi Tuum from the Legacy era).

Bronze might have been the ticket! That sounds like it would have improved the figure, though I need some some bronze paint right now. I completely agree with what Hasbro could have done with "Tails", and I love my Exar Kun and Ulic Qel-Droma figures, but it is Hasbro they're always fighting their fans instead of working with them. Rasi Tuum is one I've been looking at doing, need the parts though, a marvel universe Beast has never fell in my lap before. He'd need some shaving and sculpting, but I think he'd make a good Rasi.

I like your Mon Cal Jedi. Reminds me of the Admiral Version that GG did awhile back (exclusive bust I believe). That Dark Jedi is nice too. Off to share.

This is my custom Dathomiri Nightsister, or a Sith Witch, or both, never really decided. Just had some fun with this one, painted the cloth to make it match, some while it was on the figure, some before applying it. It depends on it's purpose, I find hanging cloth parts better work painted before, stuff directly attached better paint on the figure due to some paint seeps through the cloth helping it adhere to the figure.

And here's the link if anybody is interested: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Star-Wars-Dathomiri-Nightsister-Sith-Witch-talzin-asajj-jedi-mandalorian-/351277215515?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item51c9c0ef1b

Vodo-Siosk Baas is now completed! I appreciate the anticipation to see this one's completion, and it's a pleasure to be revealing it. One of my favorite bits about this figure is that it's entirely made from an ep. I Kenobi and Magic Sculpt. His cape was rather tedious, but it's really just a rectangular piece of brown cloth with an oval connected to it cut as one piece, and strategic points sewn together for ruffles and proper shape. Went with gold on the eyes, agreed with Starchaser (thanks for you input), that the gold eyed Vodo was a bit more iconic. There are a few tuch ups I'd like to do yet, so if anybody would like it in their collection, I'll be listing it in the next few weeks or so.

Mandalore25, I am really digging that Vodo Siosk-Baas figure you made. It has a real Clone Wars show/animated style to it. Superb job on him!

Thanks guys, I noticed the animated type of look to it too. It wasn't exactly what I was going for, but I'm pleased with the way he turned, and he is a fairly animated character in the comic books.

You might want to check out our Facebook Page M25. I had someone ask yesterday when I posted in there if it was for sale. I would take that as a high compliment. Or hey, go make some deniro!

Thanks Tamer, I really appreciate you trying to get me more business. Was hoping he'd be well received, I noticed the expanded universe characters sell better then my own designs, and I'll need some decent coin for the work and time in all that sculpting. My time on my Massassi has not paid off... But loved making it, kinda conflicting. Though while I'm thinking of it, I received my random prize from that a while ago, thanks again Tamer.
