I've been thinking hard about the custom contest, and have the pieces for these figures I'd like to make and if good enough enter in the contest. This will at least give me one to focus on, and if it doesn't turn out I'll focus on the next highest. Hopefu

wow
This is the best Clone Assassin I've seen so far.
A thousand times better than mine I made a while ago.

Pretty sweet. I like that liquid stitching (would love to find out more) and that movable blade is just top notch. Off to share.

Thanks, I've actually seen your's, and I don't know about a thousand times better, for I would definitely say your's is one of the best I've seen, but I'll take the complement  ;D

Thanks Tamer, Liquid Stitch is just a tube if glue meant for fabric. Works on most fabrics, and is supposed to last forever, through washes, and ironing.

So I recently did a review on the Boss Fight Studio blank figures, and this is my first use of one with this Marvel Universe White Tiger (Ava Ayala). Using a white blank so there is no paint wear, I used the masked head she came with, and drilled a hole for the pony tail from another head she came with, so it swivels. The necklace, and catlike ears are sculpt. Then a little paint, with glow in the dark for the eyes, and necklace.

If anyone is interested, she's listed here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Marvel-Universe-Ava-Ayala-White-Tiger-3-75in-figure-legends-avengers-/351926772619?hash=item51f078638b:g:Y0EAAOSwcUBYRqy0

Wow, she turned out great. And looks great using that blank as a base figure. I enjoyed your pictoral review. I just shared it here yesterday too.

Off to share this and your auction.

Thank you Tamer, I saw that you shared my review, and am glad you enjoyed it. It was well received so I think I'll finally get around to reviewing those Figma archetypes I shared nearly a year ago, just getting around to actually using one. Also looking into other things I could possibly review to help out other customizers if they continue to go over well.

The idea for this one struck me when I came across the image of Jedi Malak recently, that with such a plain black undersuit, a scuba diver would probably be the perfect base, and since the base is black to begin with, the only wear is on his ankles. However simple he seems, I did switch out the Joe shoulders for Star Wars shoulders, which can be difficult because you need to shorten the SW shoulder pins, but if you cut too much off they'll be loose. His neck, and shoulder armor is cut from a Neo Viper's body armor, with some shoulder pads I had laying around, and a strip of rubber on each side holding it all together as one piece. The head is from a Boss Fight blank, and the bits flowing down from his belt, and knee pads are cut from a sheet of rubber.

If anyone is interested, he's listed here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Star-Wars-KOTOR-Jedi-Malak-3-75in-figure-sith-mandalorian-revan-darth-EU-/351930631382?hash=item51f0b344d6:g:b0QAAOSw4GVYTYCj

Been a while, but I'm back with another Darth Azard from the Legacy comics. Made him with a Quarren Soldier upper half, and an A'Sharad Hett lower half with custom soft goods over that. The shoulder pads are casts, one of Savage Opress's, and the other of Darth Krayt's with points sculpt to look like Azard's.

If anyone is interested, he's listed here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Star-Wars-Darth-Azard-3-75in-figure-sith-jedi-mandalorian-krayt-talon-EU-/351963532120?hash=item51f2a94b58:g:wGIAAOSw-0xYhRG4

Got two today, the first is another of Darth Krayt's One Sith order, Darth Ruyn, master of Darth Talon, until her final test, killing her master. Slightly modified Bib Fortuna head, on some G.I. Joe figures, Snake Eyes, with Zartan arms I think?

He's listed here if anyone is interested: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Star-Wars-Darth-Ruyn-3-75in-figure-sith-jedi-mandalorian-krayt-talon-EU-/351966090372?hash=item51f2d05484:g:WgMAAOSwt5hYiQyv
