I've been thinking hard about the custom contest, and have the pieces for these figures I'd like to make and if good enough enter in the contest. This will at least give me one to focus on, and if it doesn't turn out I'll focus on the next highest. Hopefu

Love those Nightsisters, great work! If you ever do another batch, I'd certainly purchase them!

The nightsisters are great, but Karness turned out really great. I really wish that we had got him and Celeste Morne out of Hasbro, but you fill the gap wonderfully.

Yeah when those comic packs where running strong, they seriously got canceled out of nowhere, I was really hoping for Celeste Morne, but was more surprised we didn't get Zayne Carrick.

Well my apologies for being so long between figures, a lot has happened, and I haven't really posted anywhere but facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DarthArmoressCustoms/ but I've only been making like the same 5 characters over, and over again anyway, for that's where the money has been lately. However I have a cool one I'd like to share, Kharys from the old Marvel Star Wars comics, and is usually my prime example that not all those old comics sucked. I made her with a Boss Fight Studio green female blank so the arms, and legs don't wear, and I sculpt around the clothing around her chest, her hair, and her ears. The wings are from a G.I. Joe Nemesis Immortal, but I modified them with Marvel Universe Wasp wings for more articulation. Added a WIP pic of the wings, and a reference.

Sweet! I always thought Kharys was a fun design. Your rendering is spot on.

Thanks Tamer, always happy to be back, this was the first place I really got any support on my customs, even back when struggled to even get over $20 for one of my figs. Now I'm proud to say I do enough in sales I can work at me "real" job less. ;D Makes this site kind of special to me.

Thanks Starchaser, ever since I saw her I thought an action figure would be epic, sadly that's another comic pack that never was, but getting to make my own is the type of ingenuity I crave when working on customs. Though between us here at the forum she's actually missing her earrings, decided to leave them out because I thought the amount of time they'd take would be too long for the little detail they add, and I calculate time put in when it comes to my sale prices.

Darth Armoress Customs Commando Gregor Mark II. You can still get these clone wars style Republic Commando Boss figures pretty cheap on ebay, so with the popularity of the clone Wars still pretty strong, thought I'd take another shot at him, and this time I think he looks much better. The black wash helps, even though I think it get away from me in a few spots. Also decided it was easier just to glue the backpack on, sits nicely all they time, and doesn't fall off occasionally.

If anyone is interested, he's listed here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-Star-Wars-Clone-Wars-Commando-Gregor-3-75in-figure-sith-jedi-mandalorian-/352037807775?hash=item51f716a69f:g:740AAOSwSypY~LRm

Sharp looking RC there, Mandalore3. Whenever I see an extra RC figure for sale at a decent price, I pick it up.
