Can you pm or email me a link to that robe supplier you use or post it here? I would love to showcase them too.

Yeah I sent a PM he's Rickhor409 I wrote it wrong earlier. But yeah he has great soft goods. Nice thin stretchy material with great looking seams they look awesome on Jedi/sith. It really makes 6" obi wan worth having. Although he has run out of the red/brown obi wan robe. Might ask if he pans to restock.

Re: JDeck's dios & figures. This r2 unit has a bad motivator! look!

Im building a Bandai R5-D4 just for fun. I was really disappointed that he did not have a "bad motivator" option, so I just went ahead and made one. The bad motivator is what makes him R5-D4. I also gave him a restraining bolt from the C3PO kit. Even though for some reason he didn't have one in the movie. It was a fun little Saturday build.

R5 looks great and I like how you added a bad motivator, is that a light saber hilt?

Thanks Ron. The motivator is made from the end of a 1/35 German rangefinder, from the Tamiya 88mm kit. I had thought of using a lightsaber though. If I ever run across a part I like better I'll replace it, I just didn't want to rummage through all I had. They say you can't have too many greebles but I'm getting close.

Looks great man i got the same set but repainted r5 due to never really finding it interesting a color scheme like most of the background droid plus if the 6" line keeps going hasbro will make one almost guarantied. I might steal the droid control collar idea.

Thanks for the compliment! Yeah the possibilities are endless. I even thought of making a "realistic" chopper from Rebels, but I have enough to do. LOL.
I'm still working on the Jabba dio just the construction of the walls and so forth left. But I have a new custom 6" figure in the works, From SW ANH! I think it'll be pretty cool, So stick around for that!

Ever since Hemble made his 6" droids when I first started here, and saw some droids built by Sprywalker and others.  I've been wanting to build some of my own. Now that I've figured out how to make Jawas I need droids to go with them. This is the first step on my GONK droid. I still need to sand the face area, just waiting for putty to dry fully. I put more parts on him than I initially wanted, but if he's owned by Jawas he's probably pretty jury rigged.
