I'm simply floored that you are tackling this. Remarkable!
I dabble in the Star Wars Universe of Toys... I rip apart little plastic people and turn them into other plastic people. Sometimes I take pictures of them and post them.

Hi All,

Finished the centre console which was made using cardboard, plasti card, 1/72, 1/35, 1/18 and 1/6 scale parts. Next up the chairs and pilots.

Looks great Ron. Man, I can't even begin to fathom how tedious this must be. I can't wait to see more work.

Honestly mate I don't think it is the worst part of the consoles for me was to work out what parts to use and thanks heaps buddy.

Hi All,

I have done the chairs and as you can see they are very basic but I didn't want to go to over board with them as the you won't see them once the window and the hull are connected. The chairs have been made totally from plasti card.

The pilots are a mash up of Hasbro's Stormtroopers and Scouttroopers with casts of the Tie pilot which were done by Clonehead and he did an awesome job the casts are very crisp and clean cheers mate.  I have super glued the joints and will putty and cover the joints over the next few days.

That is so awesome! Those levers and the consoles really look great and the figures are really cool as well.

The console looks great, Ron! Reminds me of the gauge detailing some builders do on model cars.
Thanks for the props on the heads. I have more six inch resin plans if things ever slow down around here.

Cheers buddy and my pleasure as I said the casts are awesome and if you ever do casts of Sandtroopers back packs and pauldrons let me know.

I wondered if those might be CH's casts. Man, I am so envious of this. Looking great. Off to share.
